Claims (1)
- コーティングされる少なくとも1つの表面を有する成形された物品を製造することのできる成形システムにおいて使用されるための型の製造方法であって、該システムが、
(i)閉じた状態と開いた状態の間で操作可能であり、前記の成形された物品がその中で成形される型キャビティーを画定する、第1のセクションと第2のセクションを含む型を含む成形機械、および
(ii)前記第1のセクションと第2のセクションが閉じた状態にある時に、コーティング組成物を該型内に供給するための分配装置、を含み、
前記方法が、
a)該物品と該少なくとも1つの表面を評価し、
b)該型キャビティー内のコーティング組成物のフローを近似し、
c)それを介してコーティング組成物が型キャビティー内に射出される少なくとも1つのノズルのための、型の上の好ましい配置を決定し、
d)前記の物品を形成することのできる型キャビティー形状を画定する型セクションを製造し、該型セクションの少なくとも1つは前記の少なくとも1つのノズルのそれぞれのためのアクセスポートを含み、該型セクションの少なくとも1つが基体の圧縮性を利用したフローコントロールを含み、該コーティングの流れをコントロールする、
e)任意に、該少なくとも1つのノズルを該少なくとも1つの該型セクション内に取り付ける、
ことを含む、製造方法。
