Abstract
Description
前記方法を、カラムの長手方向に配列された隔壁を有する隔壁カラム中で実施し、前記隔壁はカラムの上側端部に伸びており、カラムの内部を第1領域、第2領域および下側の結合したカラム領域に分割し、
出発混合物を第1領域に供給し、第1領域から第1頭部流を取り出し、第2領域から第2頭部流を取り出し、それぞれの流れは決められた規格を有し、
第1領域の上側部分および/または第2領域の上側部分に選択的溶剤を導入し、および
第1領域に流入する溶剤の流れおよび/または第2領域に流入する溶剤の流れを頭部流のそれぞれの決められた規格に適合するように調節する。
抽出蒸留によるC4フラクションの分別
分離作業は以下の組成(質量%)を有するC4フラクションを、それぞれ頭部流としてブタン90質量%を有するブタンフラクションおよびブテン98質量%を有するブテンフラクションおよび1,3−ブタジエン99%および1,3−ブタジエンより容易に溶解する成分と一緒に選択的溶剤を有する底部流に分離することからなる。

Claims (10)
- 2種以上の成分からなる出発混合物(A)を隔壁カラム(TKW)中で選択的溶剤(S)を使用する抽出蒸留により分別する方法において、
前記方法を、カラムの長手方向に配列された隔壁(TW)を有する隔壁カラム(TKW)中で実施し、前記隔壁がカラムの上側端部に伸びており、カラムの内部を第1領域(1)、第2領域(2)および下側の結合したカラム領域(3)に分割し、
出発混合物(A)を第1領域(1)に供給し、第1領域(1)から第1頭部流(B)を取り出し、第2領域(2)から第2頭部流(C)を取り出し、それぞれの流れは決められた規格を有し、
第1領域(1)の上側部分および/または第2領域(2)の上側部分に選択的溶剤(S)を導入し、および
第1領域(1)に流入する溶剤の流れ(S1)および/または第2領域(2)に流入する溶剤の流れ(S2)を、頭部流(B、C)のそれぞれの決められた規格に適合するように調節することを特徴とする、2種以上の成分からなる出発混合物を隔壁カラム中で選択的溶剤を使用する抽出蒸留により分別する方法。 - 選択的溶剤の流れ(S1)を第1領域(1)の上側部分にのみ導入する請求項1記載の方法。
- 選択的溶剤の流れ(S2)を第2領域(2)の上側部分にのみ導入する請求項1記載の方法。
- 溶剤流(S1)を第1領域(1)の上側部分に導入し、かつ溶剤流(S2)を第2領域(2)の上側部分に導入する請求項1記載の方法。
- 側流(D)を下側の結合したカラム領域(3)から取り出し、カラムの底部からの負荷された溶剤(SL)を底部蒸発機(V)でガス抜きし、精製した溶剤流(SR)として取り出し、有利に抽出蒸留に返送する請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 1個以上の液体流または副流を隔壁カラム(TKW)から1個以上の熱力学的に適した理論段で取り出し、熱いガス抜きした溶剤流(SR)からの熱伝達により部分的にまたは完全に蒸発させ、隔壁カラム(TKW)に、有利に液体流または副流を取り出した同じ理論段に返送する請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 隔壁(TW)を有し、前記隔壁がカラムの長手方向に配列され、カラムの上側端部に伸びており、カラムの内部を第1領域(1)、第2領域(2)および下側の結合したカラム領域(3)に分割する請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法を実施するための隔壁カラム(TKW)。
- 第1領域(1)の上側部分および/または第2領域(2)の上側部分に、それぞれ溶剤流(S1、S2)の供給位置より上にバックスクラビングトレー(R)が用意されている請求項7記載の隔壁カラム(TKW)。
- 隔壁(TW)がカラムに、特に第1領域(1)の横断面が第2領域(2)の横断面より大きくなるように、中心からはずれて配置されている請求項7または8記載の隔壁カラム(TKW)。
- 炭化水素混合物、特にC4フラクション、C5フラクションまたは芳香族混合物、有利にベンゼン/トルエン/キシレン混合物または異性体キシレンの混合物を分別するための請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法または請求項7から9までのいずれか1項記載の隔壁カラムの使用。
