Description
図1の装置は、支持台(1)、注入チューブ(2)、管移植片(3)、内側チューブ(4)、移植片の首部におけるコンプライアンスを低減する外側短管(5)、栓(6)及び(7)を備えている。
Claims (21)
- 弾性挿入体を準備し、その挿入体を管移植片内に挿入し、その挿入体を繰り返し膨張及び収縮させ、それによって移植片を膨張及び収縮させることを含む、管移植片の脈動耐久試験方法。
- 挿入体は内部に空洞を有しており、かつ挿入体は空洞内圧力が繰り返し増減されることによって繰り返し膨張及び収縮される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 挿入体は、一端部が密閉された可撓性チューブである、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 挿入体における前記空洞を取り囲む壁部の厚さが0.03〜0.2mmである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 挿入体がラテックスゴム、シリコンゴムまたはポリウレタンで形成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 挿入体が避妊用コンドームからなる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 挿入体の膨張及び収縮の周波数が50〜100Hzである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 空洞内圧力は、空洞に流体を加圧供給することによって増加される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記流体が空気もしくは食塩水である、請求項8記載の方法。
- 移植片は少なくとも一部が食塩水に浸漬される、請求項1〜9のいずれが1項に記載の方法。
- 移植片が分岐グラフトであり、分岐した各枝に一つずつ、少なくとも二つの挿入体が用いられる、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 移植片が、内径2〜50mmの管グラフトである、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 試験が約7週間の期間にわたり連続的に実施される、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 移植片の収縮は、移植片固有の弾性のみによってなされる、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 弾性外側鞘体を用意し、その鞘体内に移植片の少なくとも一部を配置し、移植片の膨張中、移植片が鞘体を圧迫し、移植片固有の弾性に加えて鞘体の弾性により移植片に収縮力を与える、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 鞘体が挿入体と同じ材料で形成されている、請求項15記載の方法。
- 内部に空洞を有する弾性挿入体と、空洞内圧力を繰り返し増減して挿入体を繰り返し膨張及び収縮させ、それによって、使用時に挿入体が挿入される移植片を繰り返し膨張及び収縮させる手段とを含む、管移植片の脈動耐久試験装置。
- 挿入体は、一端部が密閉された可撓性チューブである、請求項17記載の装置。
- 空洞内圧力を繰り返し増減する手段は、挿入体の膨張及び収縮の周波数を50〜100Hzにできるものである、請求項17または18記載の装置。
- 空洞内圧力を繰り返し増減する手段が圧縮空気源である、請求項17〜19のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 内部に移植片の少なくとも一部が配置される弾性外側鞘体を更に有し、移植片が鞘体に逆らって膨張しているときに鞘体により収縮力が与えられる、請求項17〜20のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
