Claims (16)
- 超音波プローブ組立体であって、
ハンドルと軸線を持つ先端部とを有するハウジングと、
前記先端部内に収容される走査組立体であって、前記先端部軸線とほぼ平行なトラックと、トラックに沿って移動可能となるようにトラックに取り付けられたスライドと、スライドに取り付けられた変換器とを備えた走査組立体と、
スライドをトラックに沿って移動させるためにスライドに連動的に接続される駆動部とを備えた超音波プローブ組立体。 - 前記走査組立体は、前記プローブ先端部内に回転可能に受け入れられ、これにより、走査組立体は、前記プローブ軸線と平行な軸線の周りを回転可能である請求項1の超音波プローブ組立体。
- 前記駆動部は、スライドをトラックに沿って移動させるためにスライドに連動的に接続される第1回転軸と、走査組立体を回転させるために走査組立体に連動的に接続される第2回転軸とを備え、これにより、クラッチが係合した際、第1回転軸により第2回転軸が回転駆動させられ、クラッチの係合が解かれた際、第2回転軸は第1回転軸によって駆動させられない請求項2の超音波プローブ組立体。
- 前記駆動部は、単一のモーターを備え、前記第1回転軸は、該モーターにより回転させられるように該モーターに連動的に接続され、前記第2回転軸は、クラッチにより第1回転軸に接続され、該クラッチは、第2回転軸が第1回転軸によって回転させられるように第1回転軸に回転可能に取り付けられる第1モードと、第2回転軸が第1回転軸から回転可能に分離される第2モードとの間で切替可能である請求項3の超音波プローブ組立体。
- 前記駆動部はブレーキを含み、該ブレーキは、第2回転軸の回転を防止するため、前記クラッチの係合が解かれた際、第2回転軸と係合する請求項4の超音波プローブ組立体。
- 前記駆動部は、第1モーターと第2モーターとを含み、前記第1回転軸は、第1モーターによって回転駆動させられるように第1モーターに連動的に接続され、第2回転軸は、第2モーターによって回転駆動させられるように第2モーターに連動的に接続される請求項3の超音波プローブ組立体。
- 前記トラックは、一組の離隔したスライドロッドを備える請求項1の超音波プローブ組立体。
- 一組の対向するプーリーと、これらプーリーの周りを移動可能となるようにこれらプーリーを囲むベルトとを含み、前記スライドは、該ベルトに連動的に接続され、これにより、スライドは、ベルトの運動により前記トラックに沿って移動させられる請求項1の超音波プローブ組立体。
- 前記プローブ先端部は管形状であり、体腔に挿入されるように寸法が作られる請求項1の超音波プローブ組立体。
- 前記プローブ先端部は、前記ハウジングに対する底部を備え、前記変換器は、ハウジングの該底部の全体にわたって移動するため、該底部付近に配置され、これにより、前記プローブは外部身体走査に使用可能となる請求項1の超音波プローブ組立体。
- 制御部を含み、該制御部は前記駆動部に連動的に接続され、該制御部は、該走査組立体が、走査した組織の部分的又は全体的な容積データを見込むデータを取り込むことができるように該駆動部を自動的に制御して、前記変換器をプローブ先端部において横方向及び/又は回転方向に移動させる請求項2の超音波プローブ組立体。
- バイプレーン型超音波プローブ組立体であって、
ハンドルと軸線を持つ先端部とを有するハウジングと、
前記先端部内に収容され、かつ該先端部内で前記先端部軸線と平行な軸線の周りを回転可能である走査組立体であって、前記先端部軸線とほぼ平行なトラックと、トラックに沿って移動可能となるようにトラックに取り付けられたスライドと、スライドに取り付けられた変換器とを備えた走査組立体と、
走査組立体を回転させると共にスライドをトラックに沿って移動させるために走査組立体に連動的に接続される駆動部とを備えた超音波プローブ組立体。 - 前記制御部は、スタンドアローンボックスである請求項12の超音波プローブ組立体。
- 前記制御部は、コンピュータ又は他のデジタル制御装置に組み込まれる請求項12の超音波プローブ組立体。
- 前記制御部は、該制御部と連動的に通信する軸方向及び回転方向位置決めモニターを含み、該モニターは、前記先端部に対する変換器の軸方向及び回転方向位置を示す信号を制御部に送り、制御部は、該モニターからの信号に応じて前記駆動部を制御する請求項12の超音波プローブ組立体。
- 前記制御部は、定義マークに対する自動配置設定を含む請求項12の超音波プローブ組立体。
