Claims (18)
- 内燃機関の燃焼室(39)内へ燃料を直接に噴射するための燃料噴射弁(1)であって、励起可能なアクチュエータ(10)及び該アクチュエータ(10)と作用結合されていて弁閉鎖体(4)の作動のための弁ニードル(3)を備えており、該弁ニードルは閉鎖方向に戻しばね(23)によって負荷されており、前記弁閉鎖体は弁座体(5)に形成された弁座面(6)と一緒にシール座を形成しており、前記弁座体はn個、少なくとも2個の噴射開口部(7)を有している形式のものにおいて、燃料噴射弁(1)を貫流する燃料の圧力(p)は、10バールよりも大きくなっていることを特徴とする、燃料噴射弁。
- 噴射開口部(7)の最小の直径(d)に対する噴射開口部(7)の全長(l)の寸法比率はl≦3・dである請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 噴射開口部(7)は燃料の噴射方向で拡大部(38)に広がっている請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 拡大部(38)の流入側の噴射開口部(7)の減少された長さ(l′)はl′≦3・dであり、この場合にdは噴射開口部の最小の直径である請求項3記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 0.3≦c≦0.6[mm2Mpa0.5]の値を用いる請求項5記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 弁座体(5)の壁厚さ(t)はt≧k・p0.5[mm]であり、この場合にkは定数である請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 少なくともほぼk=0.06mm/Mpa0.5である請求項7記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 噴射開口部(7)は、弁座体(5)の中心点に対して同心的若しくは離心的な1つの円若しくは楕円に沿って、若しくは互いに同心的若しくは離心的或いは弁座体の中心点に対して同心的若しくは離心的な複数の円若しくは楕円に沿って配列されている請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 噴射開口部(7)は、1つの直線若しくは円弧線に沿って、若しくは互いに平行に位置し若しくは互いに角度を成して位置し若しくは互いにずれて位置する複数の直線若しくは円弧線に沿って配列されている請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 隣接の噴射開口部(7)の各中心点間の距離は、互いに等間隔である請求項1から10のいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 隣接の噴射開口部(7)の各中心点間の距離は、噴射開口部(7)の直径(d)の少なくとも180%である請求項11記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 各噴射開口部(7)の縦軸線は互いに三次元で異なる位置に配置されている請求項1から12のいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 各噴射開口部(7)はそれぞれ固有の拡大部(38)に開口している請求項3から13のいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 複数の噴射開口部(7)の拡大部(38)は互いに接続されている請求項3から13のいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 拡大部(38)は、弁座体(5)の中心点に対して同心的若しくは離心的な1つの円若しくは楕円に沿って、若しくは互いに同心的若しくは離心的或いは弁座体の中心点に対して同心的若しくは離心的な複数の円若しくは楕円に沿って配置されている請求項15記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 拡大部(38)は、1つの直線若しくは円弧線に沿って、若しくは互いに平行に位置し若しくは互いに角度を成して位置し若しくは互いにずれて位置する複数の直線若しくは円弧線に沿って配置されている請求項15記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 噴射開口部(7)のすべての縦軸線は、内燃機関の燃焼室内に配置された点火プラグからそらされている請求項1から17のいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
