Abstract
【解決手段】この課題は、一定の等方性を有するジオテキスタイルの製造方法において、溶融紡糸されたフィラメントを少なくとも2つの層状態で置き、その際に第一の層中のフィラメントを案内板によって調整可能な角度で該案内板によって互いに主として平行に置きそして第二の層も同様に、ただし鏡面逆転して置くことを特徴とする、上記方法によって解決される。

Claims (8)
- 一定の等方性を有するジオテキスタイルの製造方法において、溶融紡糸されたフィラメントを少なくとも2つの層状態で置き、その際に第一の層中のフィラメントを案内板によって調整可能な角度で該案内板によって互いに主として平行に置きそして第二の層も同様に、ただし鏡面逆転して置くことを特徴とする、上記方法。
- 置き角度が20〜70°である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 置き角度が20〜70°であり、その際に強化後の長手方向と横方向との帯状物延伸比が3.5:1〜0.3:1である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に従い2〜10層が置かれる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法に従って置かれたフィラメントを次いで噴霧水強化するかまたはニードリングする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法に従ってフィラメントをエンドレス網帯状物上に置き、この網帯状物上で第一の強化段階に通して運搬し、その際にフィラメントが追加的に全工程の間、吸引域によって網帯状物上に固定しそして既に第一の強化段階において、問題のない運搬が運搬用帯状物なしに運搬ができるほど十分に強化する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに従って製造されたジオテキスタイル。
- 請求項7のジオテキスタイルを市街、道路、橋梁、空港滑走路、梁堤、ダム等において土台または排水路構成要素として堅固にするために使用する方法。
