Claims (10)
- 直接噴射内燃機関用の燃料噴射器であって、噴射ノズル(2)を備えており、その周縁上には複数の噴射口(5)が互いに整列して、それぞれの前記噴射口(5)からの個々の燃料ジェット(9)で基本的に円錐の燃料雲を形成するため、円錐ジェットベルト(6)を形成するよう配置され、別の噴射口(5)が、前記円錐ジェットベルト(6)で区切られた前記噴射ノズル(2)の表面(3)の領域内に設けられており、前記噴射器(1)の意図された設置位置での前記噴射器(1)に対する点火プラグ(13)の位置に対応する前記噴射ノズル(2)の周縁領域内において、この周縁領域内に位置する少なくとも1つの噴射口(5)は、前記噴射器(1)の前記縦軸(4)に対して縮小した角度を有する燃料ジェット(9)が生成されるように、前記噴射ノズル(2)上の軸高さの等しい他の噴射口(5)とは、位置及び/又は開口部の幾何学的配置に関して異なって配置されることを特徴とする噴射器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの異なる噴射口(17)は、前記噴射ノズル(2)上の軸高さの等しい噴射口(5)の列における実際位置(A)より、前記縦軸(4)に近く配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の噴射器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの異なる噴射口(17)は、前記噴射器の前記縦軸(4)の方向内に近づけた前記噴射角を伴って構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1あるいは2に記載の噴射器。
- 前記噴射器(1)の意図された設置位置での前記噴射器に対する点火プラグ(13)相対位置に対応する噴射ノズル(2)の周縁領域内において、少なくとも2つの隣接する噴射口(5)間の距離が広げられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の噴射器。
- 前記噴射ノズル(2)の前記表面は球形に構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の噴射器。
- 少なくとも1つの中央噴射口(7)は、前記噴射器(1)の縦軸(4)付近に設けられ、好ましくは1つの噴射口(7)は前記縦軸(4)上に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の噴射器。
- 噴射口(5)は、前記縦軸(4)に対して平行な複数の平面(6、7、10、11)内に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の噴射器。
- 異なる平面(6、7、10、11)の前記噴射口(5)は、異なる噴射角を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の噴射器。
- 異なる平面(6、7、10、11)の前記噴射口(5)は、異なる断面寸法を有することを特徴とする、請求項7あるいは8に記載の噴射器。
- 前記噴射口(5)は、水侵食処理を用いて丸く仕上げられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の噴射器。
