Abstract
Description

Claims (26)
- アイオノマーを含んでなる第1ポリマー成分と第2ポリマー成分とを含んでなる多成分メルトブローン繊維を含んでなるメルトブローンウェブであって、前記第1および第2ポリマー成分が前記繊維の長さに沿って実質的に連続して伸びる別個のゾーンを含んでなり、かつ、前記多成分繊維の外周面の少なくとも一部分が前記第1ポリマー成分を含んでなるウェブ。
- 前記アイオノマーがエチレンとアクリル酸、メタクリル酸、およびそれらの組合せよりなる群から選択されるエチレン性不飽和カルボン酸またはその無水物前駆体との金属イオン中和共重合体である請求項1に記載のメルトブローンウェブ。
- 前記メルトブローン繊維が二成分繊維であり、かつ、前記第1および第2ポリマー成分が並列構造に配置されている請求項1に記載のメルトブローンウェブ。
- 前記メルトブローン繊維が二成分繊維であり、そして前記第1および第2ポリマー成分が鞘−芯構造に配置され、前記鞘が前記第1ポリマー成分を含んでなり、そして前記芯が前記第2ポリマー成分を含んでなる請求項1に記載のメルトブローンウェブ。
- 前記第2ポリマー成分がポリエステル、ポリアミド、およびポリオレフィンよりなる群から選択される請求項3に記載のメルトブローンウェブ。
- 前記第2ポリマー成分がポリエステルを含んでなる請求項5に記載のメルトブローンウェブ。
- 前記エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸が前記アイオノマーの約5〜約25重量パーセントを含んでなる請求項2に記載のメルトブローンウェブ。
- 前記カルボン酸基の約5〜70%が金属イオンで中和されている請求項7に記載のメルトブローンウェブ。
- 前記金属イオンがナトリウム、亜鉛、リチウム、マグネシウム、およびそれらの組合せよりなる群から選択される請求項8に記載のメルトブローンウェブ。
- 前記第2ポリマー成分がポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)である請求項6に記載のメルトブローンウェブ。
- 前記二成分繊維が約10〜90重量パーセントポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)と90〜10重量パーセントの前記第1ポリマー成分とを含んでなる請求項10に記載のメルトブローンウェブ。
- 前記二成分繊維が約70〜80重量パーセントポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)と約20〜30重量パーセントの前記第1ポリマー成分とを含んでなる請求項11に記載のメルトブローンウェブ。
- 前記二成分繊維が約70〜80重量パーセントの前記第1ポリマー成分と約20〜30重量パーセントポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)とを含んでなる請求項11に記載のメルトブローンウェブ。
- 前記第1ポリマー成分が本質的にアイオノマーよりなる請求項1、12、または13のいずれか1項に記載のメルトブローンウェブ。
- 前記第1ポリマー成分が前記アイオノマーと1つもしくはそれ以上のポリオレフィンとのブレンドを含んでなる請求項1に記載のメルトブローンウェブ。
- 前記ブレンド中の中和された酸モノマー単位の重量パーセントが前記ブレンド中のポリマーの総重量を基準にして約5〜25重量パーセントであるのに十分なアイオノマーを前記ブレンドが含んでなる請求項15に記載のメルトブローンウェブ。
- 前記第1ポリマー成分が前記アイオノマーとポリエチレンとのブレンドを含んでなる請求項16に記載のメルトブローンウェブ。
- 第1層と第2層とを含んでなる多層複合シートであって、前記第1層が請求項1に記載のメルトブローンウェブであり、かつ、前記メルトブローンウェブが前記複合シートの外面を含んでなるシート。
- 前記第2層が不織ウェブ、フィルム、織布、および編布よりなる群から選択される請求項18に記載の複合シート。
- 前記第2層がスパンボンド不織ウェブである請求項19に記載の複合シート。
- 前記スパンボンドウェブが多成分スパンボンドウェブである請求項20に記載の複合シート。
- 前記多成分スパンボンドウェブが鞘−芯スパンボンド繊維を含んでなる請求項21に記載の複合シート。
- 前記鞘がポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、およびポリエステルよりなる群から選択されるポリマーを含んでなる請求項22に記載の複合シート。
- 前記鞘がポリエチレンを含んでなる請求項23に記載の複合シート。
- 請求項1に記載のメルトブローンウェブを含んでなるワイプ。
- 請求項1に記載のメルトブローンウェブを含んでなる微粒子フィルター。
