Abstract
Description

各分離機システムは、通常製織ワイヤメッシュまたは多孔性膜よりなるスクリーンまたはフィルタのような多孔性要素に材料の流れを案内することによって機能するのが典型的である。その材料の流れは、2つの流れに分離され、一方は多孔性要素を通過した材料を含んでおり、他方は多孔性要素によって拒否された材料を含んでいる。材料が要素を通過するか、あるいは要素の周辺で要素から押し出されるまで、多孔性要素上の材料を動いている状態にするための振動運動を生ずるために、駆動機構がハウジングに動作的に連結されうる。他の装置では、拒否された材料をクリアするための逆流を含めて、膜を通る流れを増大させるために周期的に印可して圧力を使用する。

Claims (8)
- 材料分離機のための多孔性要素における破損の検知器であって、
高周波信号の送信機と、
高周波信号の受信機と、
高周波信号に対するバリアと、このバリアを通る通路であって高周波信号と材料とを通過させることができる通路とを含んでおり、前記送信機および受信機の一方を外側に配置され、前記送信機および受信機の他方を外側に配置されたチャンバと、
前記通路を完全に横切って多孔性要素を受容するための多孔性要素マウントとを具備する、材料分離機のための多孔性要素における破損の検知器。 - 前記通路を完全に横切って延長するように前記多孔性要素マウントに固定可能な導電性の多孔性要素をさらに具備しており、前記導電性の多孔性要素はそれを貫通した予め構成された間隙を含んでおり、前記高周波信号が前記予め構成された間隙を通過するときに少なくとも実質的に減衰される、請求項1の検知器。
- 前記通路を完全に横切って延長するように前記多孔性要素マウントに固定可能なスクリーンをさらに具備しており、前記スクリーンはスクリーンフレームと、貫通した予め構成された間隙を有した金属スクリーンクロスとを含んでおり、前記高周波信号が前記予め構成された間隙を通過するときに少なくとも実質的に減衰される、請求項1または2の検知器。
- 前記高周波信号が高周波電磁エネルギーのマイクロ波帯域内にある請求項1、2または3の検知器。
- 材料の分離機であって、
請求項4の検知器と、
材料入口、オーバーズ出口、スルーズ材料出口、および前記チャンバを含み、前記材料入口およびオーバーズ出口が前記チャンバの内側および外側の一方であり、前記スルーズ材料出口が前記チャンバの内側および外側の他方であるハウジングとを具備する材料の分離機。 - 材料分離機のための多孔性要素における破損を検知するための方法であって、
分離機を通じて材料を処理し、
前記分離機の多孔性要素の第1の側において高周波信号を少なくとも周期的に送信し、
前記多孔性要素の他の側を前記高周波要素から遮蔽し、
前記多孔性要素の前記遮蔽された他の側において閾値より高い送信された高周波信号の惣菜を感知し、
前記閾値より高い高周波信号を検知して信号源を作動させることを含む、材料分離機のための多孔性要素における破損を検知するための方法。 - 前記送信された高周波信号の存在を感知する前に材料の流入を遮断することをさらに含む請求項6の方法。
- 前記高周波信号の送信が連続的である、請求項6または7の方法。
