Claims (32)
- (A) 遠位端と近位端とを有する管状中央キャリアと、
(B) 前記管状中央キャリアの近位端に配置されたノーズコーン拡張器と、
(C) 前記管状中央キャリアに取りつけられた閉鎖遠位端と前記ノーズコーン拡張器に面する解放近位端とを有し、その中に通路を有するカプセルと
を有し、
前記カプセルは、ノーズコーン拡張器に対し、管状中央キャリアに沿って軸方向に移動可能である
ことを特徴とするステントグラフト分配システム。 - (D) ガイドワイヤ用に、管状中央キャリア内を貫通する軸方向ルーメン
を更に有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の分配システム。 - (E) 前記軸方向ルーメン内を伸びるガイド・ワイヤ・カテーテル
を更に有し、
前記ノーズコーン拡張器は、前記ガイド・ワイヤ・カテーテルに取りつけられている
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の分配システム。 - 前記管状中央キャリアとノーズコーン拡張器は、湾曲し、湾曲した近位端を形成する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の分配システム。 - 前記湾曲した近位端の湾曲半径が70−150mmの範囲にある
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の分配システム。 - 前記カプセルは、ステントグラフトの遠位端用に、前記管状中央キャリア上に第1の保持機構を具備する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の分配システム。 - 前記第1の保持機構は、カプセルに空けられた開口と、前記管状中央キャリアに沿って伸び前記開口内を伸びることのできる遠位トリガー・ワイヤとを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の分配システム。 - (F) ガイドワイヤ用の前記管状中央キャリア内の軸方向ルーメンと、
(G) 前記軸方向ルーメン内を伸びるガイド・ワイヤ・カテーテルと
を更に有し、
前記遠位トリガー・ワイヤは、前記軸方向ルーメン内を伸びる
ことを特徴とする請求項7記載の分配システム。 - ステントグラフトの近位端用に、前記管状中央キャリア上に第2の保持機構
を更に有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の分配システム。 - 前記第2の保持機構は、前記ノーズコーン拡張器の遠位端である
ことを特徴とする請求項9記載の分配システム。 - 前記ノーズコーン拡張器は、その中を軸方向に伸びる1つあるいは複数の開口を有し、前記分配システムは、前記管状中央キャリアに沿って軸方向に伸び、前記ノーズコーン拡張器の開口内を個別に伸びる1本あるいは複数本の近位トリガー・ワイヤを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の分配システム。 - (A) 遠位端と近位端とを有する管状中央キャリアと、
(B) 前記管状中央キャリアの近位端に配置されたノーズコーン拡張器と、
(C) ステントグラフトの遠位端用に、前記管状中央キャリア上に配置された第1の保持機構と
を有し
前記管状中央キャリアとノーズコーン拡張器とは、湾曲した近位端を有する
ことを特徴とするステントグラフト分配システム。 - 前記湾曲した近位端の湾曲半径は、70−150mmの範囲にある
ことを特徴とする請求項12記載の分配システム。 - (D) ステントグラフトの近位端用に、前記管状中央キャリア上に配置された第2の保持機構
を更に有する
ことを特徴とする請求項12記載の分配システム。 - 前記第1の保持機構は、その中を伸びる通路を有するカプセルを有し、
前記カプセルの閉鎖遠位端は、管状中央キャリアに取りつけられ、
前記カプセルの解放近位端は、前記ノーズコーン拡張器に面し、
前記カプセルは、前記ステントグラフトの遠位端を収納する
ことを特徴とする請求項12記載の分配システム。 - (E) ガイドワイヤ用に、管状中央キャリア内を貫通する軸方向ルーメン
を更に有する
ことを特徴とする請求項12記載の分配システム。 - (F) 前記軸方向ルーメン内を伸びるガイド・ワイヤ・カテーテル
を更に有し、
前記ノーズコーン拡張器は、前記ガイド・ワイヤ・カテーテルに取りつけられている
ことを特徴とする請求項16記載の分配システム。 - 前記第2の保持機構は、前記ノーズコーン拡張器の遠位端である
ことを特徴とする請求項14記載の分配システム。 - (A) 遠位端と近位端とを有する管状中央キャリアと、
(B) 前記管状中央キャリアの近位端に配置されたノーズコーン拡張器と、
(C) 前記管状中央キャリアに取りつけられた閉鎖遠位端と前記ノーズコーン拡張器に面する解放近位端とを有し、その中に通路を有するカプセルと、
(D) 前記管状中央キャリア内を貫通する軸方向ルーメンと、
(E) 前記軸方向ルーメン内を伸びるガイド・ワイヤ・カテーテルと、
を有し、
前記カプセルは、ノーズコーン拡張器に対し、管状中央キャリアに沿って軸方向に移動可能であり、
前記ノーズコーン拡張器は、前記ガイド・ワイヤ・カテーテルに取りつけられ、
前記管状中央キャリアとノーズコーン拡張器は、湾曲した近位端を有する
ことを特徴とするステントグラフト分配システム。 - (A) 遠位端と近位端とを有する管状中央キャリアと、
(B) 前記管状中央キャリア内を貫通する軸方向ルーメンと、
(C) 前記軸方向ルーメン内を伸び、管状中央キャリアの近位端方向に伸び、近位端と遠位端とを有するガイド・ワイヤ・カテーテルと、
(D) 前記ガイド・ワイヤ・カテーテルの近位端に取りつけられ、その近位端方向に伸びるノーズコーン拡張器と、
(E) 前記管状中央キャリアの近位端に取りつけられた閉鎖遠位端と前記ノーズコーン拡張器に面する解放近位端とを有し、その中に通路を有し、ステントグラフトの近位保持装置を提供するするカプセルと、
を有し、
前記ガイド・ワイヤ・カテーテルは、前記管状中央キャリアに対し、軸方向に移動可能かつ回転可能であり、
前記ノーズコーン拡張器は、湾曲した近位端を有する
ことを特徴とするステントグラフト分配システム。 - 胸部動脈用ステントグラフト用のステントグラフト分配システムにおいて、
前記管状中央キャリア上に同軸シースを有し、
前記同軸シースは、前記管状中央キャリアに対し移動可能で、ノーズコーン拡張器まで伸びる
ことを特徴とする請求項20記載の胸部動脈用ステントグラフト用のステントグラフト分配システム。 - ステントグラフトの近位端用に、ノーズコーン拡張器の遠位端でガイド・ワイヤ・カテーテル上に配置された近位保持機構
を更に有する
ことを特徴とする請求項20記載の胸部動脈用ステントグラフト用のステントグラフト分配システム。 - 前記近位保持機構は、少なくとも1本の近位トリガー・ワイヤを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項22記載の胸部動脈用ステントグラフト用のステントグラフト分配システム。 - 前記遠位保持機構は、カプセルに空けられた開口と、軸方向ルーメンに沿って伸び、前記開口内を伸びることができる遠位トリガー・ワイヤとを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項20記載の胸部動脈用ステントグラフト用のステントグラフト分配システム。 - (A) 患者の身体内に導入される近位端と、患者の身体外に留まる遠位端とを有し、使用中ステントグラフトを収納するのに適した領域を近位端近傍に有する留置用カテーテルと、
(B) ステントグラフトの留置が可能なように、前記領域を露出するために、カテーテルに対し移動可能なように前記領域をカバーし、その上に伸びるシース装置と、
(C) 前記留置用カテーテルの近位端に配置されたノーズコーン拡張器と、
(D) 前記領域の遠位端にステントグラフト用に配置され、閉鎖遠位端と、ノーズコーン拡張器に面する解放近位端とを有し、その中に通路を有するカプセルを有する遠位保持機構と
を有する
ことを特徴とするステントグラフト留置システム。 - 前記ノーズコーン拡張器は、湾曲している
ことを特徴とする請求項25記載の留置システム。 - システムは、留置用カテーテル内に軸方向ルーメンを有し、
前記軸方向ルーメン内を伸び、留置用カテーテル内を近位方向に伸び、近位端と遠位端とを有するガイド・ワイヤ・カテーテルを有し、
前記ガイド・ワイヤ・カテーテルは、前記留置用カテーテルに対し、軸方向に移動可能かつ回転可能であり、
前記ノーズコーン拡張器は、ガイド・ワイヤ・カテーテルの近位端に取りつけられ、そこを軸方向に伸びる
ことを特徴とする請求項25記載の留置システム。 - ステントグラフトの近位用に、ノーズコーン拡張器の遠位に、ガイド・ワイヤ・カテーテルの上に近位保持機構を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項27記載の留置システム。 - 前記近位保持機構は、少なくとも1本の近位トリガー・ワイヤを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項28記載の留置システム。 - 前記トリガーワイヤは、患者の身体外から伸び、留置用カテーテルの遠位端で、ハンドル上のトリガーワイヤ解放機構により、そこに保持される
ことを特徴とする請求項29記載の留置システム。 - 前記遠位保持機構は、カプセルに空けられた開口と、留置用カテーテルに沿って伸び、前記開口内を伸びることができる遠位トリガー・ワイヤとを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項25記載の留置システム。 - 前記トリガーワイヤは、患者の身体外から伸び、留置用カテーテルの遠位端で、ハンドル上のトリガーワイヤ解放機構により、そこ保持される
ことを特徴とする請求項31記載の留置システム。
