Description

ただしd=ra-riである。
a)外側の反応器壁と、この反応器壁内に位置する、同心的に配置されたロータと、反応器底部と、反応器カバーとが設けられていて、これらの構成部分が一緒になって環状間隙状の反応容積を規定しており、
b)反応用の原料(Edukt)を調量するための少なくとも1つの装置が設けられており、
c)生成物流出のための装置が設けられている。
−等重合度反応(polymeranalog. Reaktion)、たとえばこのような反応のために適した側基を有するポリマーのエステル化、アミド化またはウレタン化、
−電子ビームまたは紫外線を用いて硬化可能なオレフィン不飽和材料の製造、
−ポリウレタン樹脂および改質ポリウレタン樹脂、たとえばアクリル化されたポリウレタンの製造、
−(ポリ)尿素または改質(ポリ)尿素の製造、
−イソシアネート基で成端された化合物の分子量増大、
−またはたとえばAngewandte Chemie、第109巻、1997年、第944頁〜第964頁のAntoniettiおよびGoeltner著の論文「Ueberstruktur funktioneller Kolloide: eine Chemie im Nanometerbereich」またはAdvanced Materials、第9巻、第1号、1997年、第17頁〜第31頁のOberおよびWengner著の論文「Polyelectrolyte-Surfactant Complexes in the Solid State: Facile Building Blocks for Self-Organizing Materials」に記載されているような、メソフェーズ(Mesophase)の形成をもたらす反応
である。

Claims (19)
- テイラー反応器(101,201,301,401)であって、
反応器ハウジング(103,203,303,403)が設けられており、
該反応器ハウジング(103,203,303,403)によって取り囲まれた容積内に配置された、1つの軸線を中心にして回転可能なロータ(104,204,304,404)が設けられており、
反応器ハウジング(103,203,303,403)の内周面と、ロータ(104,204,304,404)の外周面(104.3,204.3,304.3,404.3)との間に形成された反応容積(102,202,302,402)が設けられており、
反応用の原料および/またはプロセス材料のための少なくとも1つの流入部(108.1,208.1,308.1,408.1)と、反応生成物のための少なくとも1つの流出部(110,210,310,410)とが設けられており、該流出部(110,210,310,410)が、前記軸線(A)に沿った方向で流入部(108.1,208.1,308.1,408.1)から間隔を置いて配置されている
形式のものにおいて、
反応容積(102,202,302,402)の横断面が、流入部(108.1,208.1,308.1,408.1)から流出部(110,210,310,410)へ向かって最初は増大し、そして該横断面増大率が少なくともロータ(104,204,304,404)の長さの一部にわたって増加しなくなるように反応器ハウジング(103,203,303,403)および/またはロータ(104,204,304,404)が形成されている
ことを特徴とするテイラー反応器。 - ロータ(104,204,304,404)が反応器ハウジング(103,203,303,403)内に同心的に配置されている、請求項1記載のテイラー反応器。
- 反応容積(102,202,302,402)が環状間隙状に形成されている、請求項1または2記載のテイラー反応器。
- 反応容積(102,202,302,402)が円形の周面を有している、請求項3記載のテイラー反応器。
- 反応容積(102,202,302,402)の横断面の増大率の減少が連続的に行われている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のテイラー反応器。
- 反応容積(102,202,302,402)の横断面の増大率の減少が不連続的に行われている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のテイラー反応器。
- 反応器ハウジング(103,203,303,403)および/またはロータ(104,204,304,404)が、前記軸線(A)に沿った方向に、前記軸線(A)に対して互いに異なる角度を成す内周面および/または外周面を備えた少なくとも2つの区分を有している、請求項6記載のテイラー反応器。
- 反応器ハウジングの半径(ra)対ロータの半径(ri)の比が、少なくとも反応容積(102,202,302,402)の長さの一部に関して<1.4である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のテイラー反応器。
- ロータ(104,204,304,404)が円筒状に形成されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のテイラー反応器。
- テイラー反応器であって、
反応器ハウジング(103,203,303,403)が設けられており、
該反応器ハウジング(103,203,303,403)によって取り囲まれた容積内に1つの軸線(A)を中心にして回転可能に配置されたロータ(104,204,304,404)が設けられており、
反応器ハウジング(103,203,303,403)の内周面(103.1,203.1,303.1,403.1)と、ロータ(104,204,304,404)の外周面(104.3,204.3,304.3,404.3)との間に形成された反応容積(102,202,302,402)が設けられており、
反応用の原料および/またはプロセス材料のための少なくとも1つの流入部(108.1,208.1,308.1,408.1)が設けられている
形式のものにおいて、
流出部(110,210,310,410)に開口した流出範囲(109,209,309,409)が設けられており、該流出範囲が、反応器ハウジング(103,203,303,403)内でロータ(104,204,304,404)の端面側の端部において反応容積(102,202,302,402)に続いていて、流出部(110,210,310,410)に向かって狭められており、しかもロータ(104,204,304,404)の前記端面側の端部は、反応容積(102,202,302,402)が少なくともほぼ死容積なしに流出部(110,210,310,410)に開口するように形成されている
ことを特徴とする、特に請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のテイラー反応器。 - 前記軸線(A)に沿った方向で前記流出範囲(109,209,309,409)の横断面が少なくともほぼ一定になるようにロータ(104,204,304,404)の前記端面側の端部が形成されている、請求項10記載のテイラー反応器。
- 前記流出範囲(109,209,309,409)がホッパ状に形成され、かつロータ(104,204,304,404)の前記端面側の端部が円錐状に形成されるように反応器ハウジング(103,203,303,403)が形成されている、請求項10または11記載のテイラー反応器。
- テイラー反応器であって、
反応器ハウジング(503)が設けられており、
該反応器ハウジング(503)によって取り囲まれた容積内に1つの軸線(A)を中心にして回転可能に配置されたロータ(504)が設けられており、
反応器ハウジング(503)の内周面(503.1)と、ロータ(504)の外周面(504.3)との間に形成された反応容積(502)が設けられており、
反応用の原料および/またはプロセス材料のための少なくとも1つの流入部(508.1)と、反応生成物のための少なくとも1つの流出部(510)とが設けられている
形式のものにおいて、
流出部(510)が、前記軸線(A)から半径方向の間隔を置いて配置されて反応容積(502)に開口している
ことを特徴とする、特に請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のテイラー反応器。 - 流出部(510)が、前記軸線(A)に対して直交する方向で、有利には直角な方向で、反応容積(502)に開口している、請求項13記載のテイラー反応器。
- ロータ(504)の、流出部(510)に隣接した範囲(B)が、前記軸線(A)を中心とした円流を発生させるための手段を有している、請求項13または14記載のテイラー反応器。
- ロータ(504)の、流出部(510)に隣接した範囲(B)が、一種の渦巻きポンプロータとして形成されている、請求項15記載のテイラー反応器。
- 反応媒体の運動粘度νが反応器の通流方向で増大する、物質を変換するための方法において、このために請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載のテイラー反応器を使用することを特徴とする、物質を変換するための方法。
- ポリマー、コポリマー、ブロックポリマー、グラフト混合ポリマー、重縮合生成物、重付加生成物、コアシェルラテックス、ポリマー分散液の製造、等重合度反応、たとえばこのような反応のために適した側基を有しているポリマーのエステル化、アミド化またはウレタン化による生成物の製造、電子ビームまたは紫外線を用いて硬化可能なオレフィン不飽和材料またはメソフェーズの製造のための、請求項17記載の方法の使用。
- 成形部分、シート、被覆材料、特にラッカー、接着剤およびシールコンパウンドとしての、請求項17記載の方法により製造された物質の使用。
