Description
Claims (15)
- 液体噴霧デバイスとともに使用するための液体供給組立品であって、
上端および底端を有する側壁と、前記側壁の底端を横切って延在する底壁とを備える硬質材料の容器であって、前記容器内に空洞を画定する内面を有し、前記側壁の前記上端が前記空洞への開口を画定する、容器と、
前記容器の空洞内に配置される可撓性ライナであって、前記容器の内面と形状が一致する外面と、前記ライナ内に空洞を画定する内面と、前記ライナの空洞への開口を画定する前記側壁の上端に沿った環状へりとを有する、ライナと、
貫通開口を有し、かつ液体噴霧デバイスの入口部と係合するように構成された中央部分と、前記容器の前記上端に隣接する前記可撓性ライナ内で係合するように構成された周辺部を含む横部分と、前記可撓性ライナをアダプタ組立品の前記周辺部の周りに密封するための手段と、を備えるアダプタ組立品と、
前記可撓性ライナの外面と前記容器の内面との間に加圧空気を供給するために、前記容器に接続された空気供給組立品と、
を備える液体供給組立品。 - 前記空気供給組立品が、前記可撓性ライナの外面と前記容器の内面との間に、1平方インチ当たり約10ポンドすなわち69キロパスカル未満の空気圧力を供給するための手段を含む、請求項1に記載の液体供給組立品。
- 前記空気供給組立品が、前記可撓性ライナの外面と前記容器の内面との間に、1平方インチ当たり約0.5〜8ポンドすなわち3.5〜55キロパスカルの範囲の空気圧力を供給するための手段を含む、請求項1に記載の液体供給組立品。
- 前記空気供給組立品がさらに、前記アダプタ組立品の貫通開口を横切る125マイクロメートル未満の濾過器を含む、請求項1に記載の液体供給組立品。
- 前記空気供給組立品が、前記容器の底壁に取り付けられ、かつ開口を前記容器の空洞に有する第1部分と、前記第1部分と係合するように構成された第2部分と、前記第1および第2部分を離脱可能に係合するための手段と、前記第2部分に結合される一端、および加圧空気源と係合するように適合される反対側の第2端を有する空気ラインと、を含む空気入口コネクタを備える、請求項1に記載の液体供給組立品。
- 前記空気供給組立品が、噴霧デバイスの出口ノズルからの液体の噴霧の流れを成形するために使用される、加圧空気源と連通している液体噴霧デバイスの空気出口ニップルに接続されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の液体供給組立品。
- 前記空気供給組立品が、加圧空気源と係合するように構成された圧力調整器を備える、請求項1に記載の液体供給組立品。
- 前記ライナの空洞が、少なくとも950ミリリットルすなわち32.1オンスの容量を有する、請求項1に記載の液体供給組立品。
- 液体噴霧デバイスに液体を供給するための方法であって、
上端および底端を有する側壁と、前記側壁の前記底端を横切って延在する底壁と、を備える硬質材料の容器を提供する工程であって、前記容器は前記容器内に空洞を画定する内面を有し、前記側壁の上端が前記空洞への開口を画定している、工程と、
前記容器の内面と形状が一致する外面と、空洞を前記ライナ内に画定する内面と、前記ライナの外面が前記容器の内面に沿っている場合に、前記容器の側壁の上端に沿って定置されるように構成された環状へりと、を有する可撓性ライナを提供する工程であって、前記環状へりが前記ライナの空洞への開口を画定している、工程と、
前記ライナを前記容器の空洞内に定置する工程と、
前記液体を前記ライナの空洞に注入する工程と、
前記液体噴霧デバイスの入口部と係合するように構成された貫通開口を有する中央部分と、前記容器の上端に隣接する前記可撓性ライナ内で係合するように構成された周辺部を含む横部分と、前記可撓性ライナをアダプタ組立品の周辺部の周りに密封するための手段と、を備えるアダプタ組立品を提供する工程と、
前記アダプタ組立品を前記液体噴霧デバイスの入口部と係合させる工程と、
前記アダプタ組立品の周辺部を前記容器の上端に隣接する前記可撓性ライナ内で係合させる工程と、
前記可撓性ライナを前記アダプタ組立品の周辺部の周りに固定する工程と、
空気を大気圧より高い圧力で前記可撓性ライナの外面と前記容器の内面との間に供給する工程と、
を含む方法。 - 前記供給する工程において、前記空気が1平方インチ当たり約10ポンドすなわち69キロパスカル未満の圧力で供給される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記供給する工程において、前記空気が1平方インチ当たり約0.5〜8ポンドすなわち3.5〜55キロパスカルの範囲の圧力で供給される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記供給する工程において、前記空気が圧力調整器を経由して供給される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記供給する工程において、前記空気が、前記噴霧デバイスの出口ノズルからの液体の噴霧の流れを成形するために使用される前記噴霧デバイスの空気圧力源から供給され、前記空気圧力源は、前記噴霧デバイスが前記液体を噴霧するために駆動される場合にのみ供給される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 約125マイクロメートル未満の濾過器を通して液体を濾過する工程をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ライナの空洞が少なくとも950ミリリットルすなわち32.1オンスの容量を有する、請求項9に記載の方法。
