Claims (20)
- スプレーガンの流体入口と共に使用されるコーティング液リザーバであって、
第1のフィルム及び前記第1のフィルムを通る入口ポートを含む可撓性の外側パウチと、
第2のフィルムを含み、かつコーティング液チャンバ及び流体開口を画定する、前記外側パウチ内に入れ子にされた可撓性の内側パウチと、
前記内側パウチの外面と前記外側パウチの内面との間に位置する圧力帯と、を備え、
前記流体開口は、前記コーティング液チャンバと流体連通し、かつ組み立て時に前記スプレーガンの前記流体入口と流体連通し、
前記入口ポートへの外部圧力源の供給時に、前記圧力帯に圧力が加えられることによって、液体が前記流体開口を通って前記コーティング液チャンバから排出される、コーティング液リザーバ。 - 組み立て時に前記コーティング液リザーバを前記スプレーガンの本体に付着させる蓋部材を更に備える、請求項1に記載のコーティング液リザーバ。
- 蓋部材、カプラ、又は前記外側パウチに配置された保持部材を更に備える、請求項1に記載のコーティング液リザーバ。
- 前記内側パウチは、前記流体開口を画定するカプラを含む、請求項1に記載のコーティング液リザーバ。
- 前記外側パウチは、再封止可能な開口部を含む、請求項2に記載のコーティング液リザーバ。
- 前記コーティング液チャンバは、少なくとも180ミリリットル(6オンス)の容積を有する、請求項1に記載のコーティング液リザーバ。
- 前記内側パウチは、前記液体と共に予め梱包されている、請求項1に記載のコーティング液リザーバ。
- 前記内側パウチ及び前記外側パウチのフィルムは、ポリエチレンを含む、請求項1に記載のコーティング液リザーバ。
- 前記内側パウチ及び前記外側パウチの少なくとも一方は、ベローズ、1つ以上のガセット板、又は複数のリブを含む、請求項1に記載のコーティング液リザーバ。
- 前記内側パウチのフィルムは、箔状であり、前記外側パウチのフィルムは透明である、請求項1に記載のコーティング液リザーバ。
- 前記外側パウチは、前記蓋部材と結合可能な接続部材を更に含む、請求項1に記載のコーティング液リザーバ。
- 前記外側パウチは、前記圧力帯の加圧時に膨らむ、請求項1に記載のコーティング液リザーバ。
- 請求項1に記載のコーティング液リザーバと、
空気供給アセンブリと、を備える、液体供給アセンブリ。 - 前記空気供給アセンブリは、圧力下で空気供給源と流体連通する圧力調節器を含む、請求項13に記載の液体供給アセンブリ。
- 前記空気供給アセンブリは、前記外側パウチの前記入口ポートに結合された第1の空気管と、前記第1の空気管に結合された第2の空気管と、を更に含み、
前記第2の空気管は、圧力下で前記圧力調節器及び前記空気供給源と流体連通する、請求項14に記載の液体供給アセンブリ。 - 前記空気供給アセンブリは、約40ポンド/平方インチ(psi)(276キロパスカル)以下の空気圧を前記内側パウチの外面と前記外側パウチの内面との間の圧力帯において供給する、請求項13に記載の液体供給アセンブリ。
- 前記空気供給アセンブリは、約0.1〜10ポンド/平方インチ(0.7〜69キロパスカル)の範囲の空気圧を前記圧力帯において供給する、請求項16に記載の液体供給アセンブリ。
- スプレーガンとの組み立て時に、前記空気供給アセンブリは、前記スプレーガンにおける出口ノズルからの液体の噴霧流を形成するために使用される圧力下で、空気の供給源と連通する前記スプレーガンの空気出口に接続される、請求項13に記載の液体供給アセンブリ。
