Claims (8)
- 2,6−ビス(アリールイミノ)ピリジン誘導体の鉄錯体の存在下、熱を放出しながら、エチレンを触媒作用によってオリゴマー化して平均分子量50から350のα−オレフィンオリゴマーにするステップと、少なくとも一部の気相を冷媒として使用して、液相と直接接触していない熱交換器で熱を除去するステップとを含む、液相および気相を含む反応器中で直鎖状α−オレフィンオリゴマーを製造する方法。
- アルミニウムベースの共触媒、好ましくはメチルアルミノキサンを液相に添加する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 平均分子量が60から280であり、より好ましくは80から210である請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 2,6−ビス(アリールイミノ)ピリジン誘導体のアリール部分の1つが、CH2RまたはC2H5R基[Rは、HおよびFから選択される]で2,6−二置換され、他のアリール部分が2,6−非置換であり、または2,6−ビス(アリールイミノ)ピリジン誘導体の両方のアリール部分がFまたはClで2,6−二置換されている請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 冷媒が、アルカン、アルケン、および芳香族化合物、ならびにその混合物から選択される請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 冷媒が、プロパン、n−ペンタン、イソペンタン、エチレン、1−ブテン、o−、m−、およびp−キシレン、およびトルエン、ならびにその混合物から選択される請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 液相(3)、気相(4)、それを介して反応器供給材料(1)を輸送することができる入口(10)、反応器底部出口(9)、および液相(3)との直接接触を防止するように配置された少なくとも1つの熱交換器(5a、b;20)、さらに場合により気体出口(11)、ポンプ(8)、圧縮機(7a、b)、飛沫同伴分離器(13)および/または気液分離器(6)を収容することができる反応器(2)を含む請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の直鎖状α−オレフィンオリゴマーを製造する方法を実施するための装置。
