Abstract
【解決手段】包装材製造機の変換ステーション(5,6,7,8)は、サイドフレーム(26,26a,27,27a)を有し、サイドフレーム相互間にはツール−キャリヤカセット(25,25a)が設けられる。サイドフレームは、スライダ(28,28a,29,29a,30,30a,31,31a)を支持し、ツール−キャリヤカセットの取付けのための部材が、スライダ上を摺動する。かかる部材は、ツール−キャリヤカセットの寸法形状に応じて互いに逆方向に動くことができるカセット支持体(32,32a,33,33a)を有する。カセット支持体は、該カセット支持体を定位置に取り付ける装置及びツール−キャリヤカセットをロックする装置を備える。

Claims (10)
- 包装材製造機の変換ステーション(5,6,7,8)であって、サイドフレーム(16,17,26,26a,27,27a)を有し、ツール−キャリヤカセット(12,25,25a,57)が、前記サイドフレーム相互間に設けられるよう設計されている変換ステーションにおいて、前記サイドフレーム(16,17,26,26a,27,27a)は、スライダ(28,28a,29,29a,30,30a,31,31a)を支持し、前記ツール−キャリヤカセットの取付けのための部材が、前記スライダ上を摺動し、前記部材は、前記ツール−キャリヤカセット(12,25,25a,57)の寸法形状に応じて互いに逆方向に動くことができるカセット支持体(32,32a,33,33a)を有し、前記カセット支持体(32,32a,33,33a)は、該カセット支持体(32,32a,33,33a)を定位置に取り付ける装置(51)及び前記ツール−キャリヤカセット(12,25,25a,57)をロックする装置(52)を備えることを特徴とする、変換ステーション(5,6,7,8)。
- 前記スライダ(28,28a,29,29a,30,30a,31,31a)は、前記サイドフレーム(16,17,26,26a,27,27a)の各々の上方部分に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の変換ステーション(5,6,7,8)。
- 前記カセット支持体(32,32a,33,33a)の下方部分にはそれぞれラック(34,34a,35,35a)が設けられ、該ラックは、シャフト(38,38a,39,39a)に取り付けられていて、減速歯車モータ(46,47)によって駆動されるピニオン(36,36a,37,37a)と噛み合うことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の変換ステーション(5,6,7,8)。
- 前記シャフト(38,38a,39,39a)は、前記サイドフレーム(16,17,26,26a,27,27a)の壁の中に設けられた軸受(40,41,42,43、それぞれ40a,41a,42a,43a)で支持されることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の変換ステーション(5,6,7,8)。
- 前記シャフト(38,38a,39,39a)は、該シャフトの端部にパルス発生器(50)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の変換ステーション(5,6,7,8)。
- 前記カセット支持体(32,32a,33,33a)を定位置に取り付ける前記装置(51)は、前記カセット支持体(32,32a,33,33a)にしっかりと取り付けられたボス内に設けられているシャフト(59)周りに関節連結されたレバー(58)から成る2つのクランプ部材(53,54)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の変換ステーション(5,6,7,8)。
- 前記レバー(58)の下方部分には平坦面(60)が設けられ、該平坦面は、各前記カセット支持体(32,32a,33,33a)に取り付けられた空気圧シリンダ(61)の作用を受けて、クランプ力を前記スライダ(28,28a,29,29a,30,30a,31,31a)に及ぼすよう設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の変換ステーション(5,6,7,8)。
- 前記ツール−キャリヤカセット(12,25,25a、57)をロックする前記装置(52)は、前記カセット支持体(32,32a,33,33a)にしっかりと取り付けられたボス(72)内に設けられているシャフト(71)周りに関節連結されたレバー(70)から成るロック部材(56)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の変換ステーション(5,6,7,8)。
- 前記レバー(70)の下方部分には、支持面(73)が設けられ、該支持面は、各前記カセット支持体(32,32a,33,33a)に取り付けられた空気圧シリンダ(75)の作用を受けて、前記カセット(12,25,25a、57)の突出部(74)の上方部分を押すことにより、前記カセット(12,25,25a,57)をロックするようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の変換ステーション(5,6,7,8)。
- 前記レバー(70)は各々、ローラ(78)が嵌まり込むロック切欠き(82)を有し、前記ローラは、前記カセット支持体(32,32a,33,33a)の前記ボス(72)の上方部分内に設けられているピボット(80)周りに関節連結された回動レバー(79)に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の変換ステーション(5,6,7,8)。
