Abstract
【解決手段】 超音波振動子10と振動伝達部12とを組み合わせ、該振動伝達部を介して液体重金属中に超音波を送信もしくは液体重金属中を伝播してくる超音波を受信する超音波トランスジューサである。振動伝達部の少なくとも液体重金属(鉛−ビスマスなど)に接する先端接液部分は、フェライト系ステンレス鋼、アルミニウム含有率が70%以上のアルミニウム合金鋼、もしくは銅含有率が50%以上の銅合金鋼のいずれかからなる。

Claims (4)
- 超音波振動子と振動伝達部とを組み合わせ、該振動伝達部を介して液体重金属中に超音波を送信もしくは液体重金属中を伝播してくる超音波を受信する超音波トランスジューサにおいて、
前記振動伝達部の少なくとも液体重金属に接する先端接液部分が、フェライト系ステンレス鋼からなることを特徴とする液体金属用超音波トランスジューサ。 - 超音波振動子と振動伝達部とを組み合わせ、該振動伝達部を介して液体重金属中に超音波を送信もしくは液体重金属中を伝播してくる超音波を受信する超音波トランスジューサにおいて、
前記振動伝達部の少なくとも液体重金属に接する先端接液部分が、アルミニウム含有率が70%以上のアルミニウム合金鋼もしくは銅含有率が50%以上の銅合金鋼からなることを特徴とする液体金属用超音波トランスジューサ。 - 前記振動伝達部全体が、フェライト系ステンレス鋼、アルミニウム合金鋼、銅合金鋼のいずれかからなる請求項1又は2に記載の液体金属用超音波トランスジューサ。
- 前記振動伝達部は、超音波振動子寄りの導波部材と先端側の接液部材との結合体であって、接液部材がフェライト系ステンレス鋼、アルミニウム合金鋼、銅合金鋼のいずれかからなる請求項1又は2に記載の液体金属用超音波トランスジューサ。
