Claims (4)

  1. 外面を有し、部分的に液化することができる組成物層を含有する感光要素からレリーフパターンを形成する方法であって、
    前記組成物層の一部を液化させるのに十分な温度まで前記外面を加熱するステップと、
    所定の方向性を有する現像媒体を前記外面に接触させるステップとを含み、
    前記現像媒体を前記外面から取り除くときに、前記現像媒体の前記方向性を、前記現像媒体の剥離強度が高くなるような向きにして、前記接触させるステップを行うことを特徴とする方法。
  2. 前記現像媒体の前記剥離強度は、剥離試験用の測定器のオフラインで測定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
  3. 前記測定器での剥離試験は、
    a)接着テープを前記現像媒体の一面に接触して置くことによって試験試料を作製するステップと、
    b)前記試験試料を第1の向きで前記測定器に装着するステップと、
    c)前記接着テープを前記現像媒体から剥離させるステップと、
    d)前記テープを前記媒体から分離する力を測定するステップと、
    を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
  4. 前記現像媒体がロール上の連続ウェブである請求項1に記載の方法であって、この方法が、
    剥離強度を増加させる前記現像媒体の方向性を決めるステップと、
    前記現像媒体を、前記ロールから別のロールへ1回または複数回巻取るステップと、
    熱現像装置の前記ロールから前記ウェブを繰り出し、これによって前記ウェブの方向性を剥離強度を高める向きにするステップと、
    をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
