Abstract
【解決手段】
直立竪型反応炉に於いて、炉頂部に原料投入口及び空気吹き込み口、下部に火格子及びガス取り出し口を設けて炉頂部よりバイオマス(廃木材等)の原料又は焼却物を連続的に投入し、最初、火格子上で補助燃焼装置により着火した後、空気(酸素)を含有する高温ガスを誘引通風機及び/または煙突のドラフト効果により上から下へ通過させると、火格子上に上より順に乾燥層、揮発(ガス化)層、燃焼層よりなる下向移動床が連続的に形成される。

Claims (4)
- 炉頂部にバイオマス(廃木材等)の原料投入口及び空気吹き込み口と、炉下部には火格子、火格子付近への空気吹き込み口及び補助燃焼装置並びに火格子下部にガス取り出し口を有する炉において、炉頂部より数mmないし数百mmに破砕された原料を順次投入して、炉頂部より投入された空気と原料の揮発分との燃焼反応(燃焼の起動は火格子付近の補助燃焼装置によるが起動後は補助燃焼装置の補助燃料は減少するか又は零にすることが出来る)によって生成される高温ガスを誘引通風機及び/又は煙突のドラフト効果により上から下へ通過させ、火格子上に上より順に乾燥層、揮発(ガス化)層、燃焼層及び固定炭素燃焼層よりなる下向移動床を形成させることにより、連続的に火格子下部のガス取り出し口より可燃ガスを取り出すことを特徴とする下向移動床式炉。
注)下向移動床
火格子は火炉下部に固定され、原料は炉頂部より供給される。原料は火格子上で継続ガス化又は燃焼されることにより、上部の原料は順次下方へ沈下、移動する。故に下向移動床と称す。 - 炉頂部にバイオマス(廃木材等)の原料(被燃焼化材)投入口及び空気吹き込み口と、炉下部には火格子、火格子付近への空気吹き込み口及び補助燃焼装置並びに火格子下部にガス取り出し口を有する炉において、炉頂部より数mmないし数百mmに破砕された原料を順次投入して、炉頂部より投入された空気と原料の揮発分との燃焼反応(燃焼の起動は火格子付近の補助燃焼装置によるが起動後は補助燃焼装置の補助燃料は節減するか又は不要にすることが出来る)によって生成される高温ガスを誘引通風機及び/又は煙突のドラフト効果により上から下へ通過させ、火格子上に上より順に乾燥層、揮発(ガス化)層、燃焼層及び固定炭素燃焼層よりなる移動床を形成させることにより、連続的に火格子下部のガス取り出し口より燃焼ガスを取り出すことを特徴とする下向移動床式炉。
- 炉頂部に廃木材等の焼却材投入口及び空気吹き込み口と、炉下部には火格子、火格子付近への空気吹き込み口及び補助燃焼装置並びに火格子下部にガス取り出し口を有する炉において、炉頂部より数mmないし数百mmに破砕された焼却材を順次投入して、炉頂部より投入された空気と焼却材の揮発分との燃焼反応(燃焼の起動は火格子付近の補助燃焼装置によるが起動後は補助燃焼装置の補助燃料は減少するか又は零にすることが出来る)によって生成される高温ガスを誘引通風機及び/又は煙突のドラフト効果により上から下へ通過させ、火格子上に上より順に乾燥層、揮発(ガス化)層、燃焼層及び固定炭素燃焼層よりなる移動床を形成させることにより、連続的に廃木材等を焼却することを特徴とする下向移動床式炉。
- 炉頂部に焼却物投入口及び空気吹き込み口と、炉下部には火格子、火格子付近への空気吹き込み口及び補助燃焼装置並びに火格子下部にガス取り出し口を有する炉において、炉頂部より投入された焼却物に、炉下部火格子上にて補助燃焼装置により下部着火(燃焼の起動は火格子付近の補助燃焼装置によるが起動後は補助燃焼装置の補助燃料は減少するか又は零にすることが出来る)し、火格子付近で高温燃焼させると同時に煙突のドラフト効果により上から下への高温ガスの流れを生じさせ、その後は炉頂部より追加投入される焼却物を継続焼却することを特徴とする下向移動床式家庭用小型焼却炉。
