Abstract
【解決手段】湿潤原料を装入シュート8から装入し、高温ガスを熱源兼流動化ガスとしてガス分散板5下側から吹き込み、ガス分散板5上に流動層9を形成して湿潤原料を乾燥する流動層乾燥機3において、装入シュート8下部と流動層9との間の外壁部にガス吹き込みノズル13を設け、このガス吹き込みノズル13からガスを吹き込み、装入シュート8から落下する湿潤原料の流束を分散させる。または、装入シュート8直下部のガス分散板5下側から吹き込む熱源兼流動化ガスの流速を、装入シュート8直下部以外のガス分散板5下側から吹き込む熱源兼流動化ガスの流速よりも速くする。

Claims (6)
- 湿潤原料を装入シュートから装入し、高温ガスを熱源兼流動化ガスとしてガス分散板下側から吹き込み、ガス分散板上に流動層を形成して湿潤原料を乾燥する流動層乾燥機による湿潤原料の乾燥方法において、
装入シュート下部と流動層との間の外壁部からガスを吹き込み、装入シュートから落下する湿潤原料の流束を分散させることを特徴とする流動層乾燥機による湿潤原料の乾燥方法。 - ガス吹き込みノズルから吹き込むガスとして、前記高温ガスの一部を使用する請求項1に記載の流動層乾燥機による湿潤原料の乾燥方法。
- 湿潤原料を装入シュートから装入し、高温ガスを熱源兼流動化ガスとしてガス分散板下側から吹き込み、ガス分散板上に流動層を形成して湿潤原料を乾燥する流動層乾燥機による湿潤原料の乾燥方法において、
装入シュート直下部のガス分散板下側から吹き込む熱源兼流動化ガスの流速を、装入シュート直下部以外のガス分散板下側から吹き込む熱源兼流動化ガスの流速よりも速くすることを特徴とする流動層乾燥機による湿潤原料の乾燥方法。 - 湿潤原料を装入シュートから装入し、高温ガスを熱源兼流動化ガスとしてガス分散板下側から吹き込み、ガス分散板上に流動層を形成して湿潤原料を乾燥する流動層乾燥機において、
装入シュート下部と流動層との間の外壁部にガス吹き込みノズルを設け、このガス吹き込みノズルからガスを吹き込み、装入シュートから落下する湿潤原料の流束を分散させることを特徴とする流動層乾燥機。 - ガス吹き込みノズルから吹き込むガスとして前記高温ガスの一部をガス吹き込みノズルに導入するガス配管を設けた請求項1に記載の流動層乾燥機。
- 湿潤原料を装入シュートから装入し、高温ガスを熱源兼流動化ガスとしてガス分散板下側から吹き込み、ガス分散板上に流動層を形成して湿潤原料を乾燥する流動層乾燥機において、
装入シュート直下部のガス分散板下側から吹き込む熱源兼流動化ガスの流速を、装入シュート直下部以外のガス分散板下側から吹き込む熱源兼流動化ガスの流速よりも速くすることを特徴とする流動層乾燥機。
