Abstract
【解決手段】支持部材31は第1筐体12に組み込まれる。支持部材31には第1仮想軸22回りに回転自在に回転部材32が支持される。回転部材32は、第1筐体12に区画される開口18から突出する。回転部材32には所定の弾性復元力を有するヒンジキャップ21が覆い被さる。ヒンジキャップ21は開口18から突き出る。ヒンジキャップ21の突片45はヒンジキャップ21の弾性復元力に基づき回転部材に係り合う。こうした電子機器11では、ヒンジキャップ21は弾性復元力に基づき突片45で回転部材32に係り合う。ヒンジキャップ21のがたつきは回避されることができる。騒音の発生は回避されることができる。しかも、回転部材32からヒンジキャップ21の脱落は確実に回避される。電子機器11の組み立て作業は効率的に実施されることができる。

Claims (4)
- 第1筐体と、第1筐体に組み込まれる支持部材と、支持部材に第1仮想軸回りに回転自在に支持され、第1筐体に区画される開口から突出する回転部材と、第1仮想軸に直交する平面に沿って延びる第2仮想軸回りで回転自在に回転部材に連結される第2筐体と、所定の弾性復元力を有し、開口から突き出て回転部材に覆い被さるヒンジキャップと、ヒンジキャップに形成されて、ヒンジキャップの弾性復元力に基づき回転部材に係り合う突片とを備えることを特徴とする電子機器。
- 請求項1に記載の電子機器において、前記第1仮想軸に沿って回転部材を貫通する貫通孔と、貫通孔内に配置されて前記第1筐体内から前記第2筐体内に延びる配線とをさらに備えることを特徴とする電子機器。
- 電子機器の第1筐体に組み込まれる支持部材と、支持部材に第1仮想軸回りに回転自在に支持されて第1筐体に区画される開口から突出し、第1仮想軸に直交する平面に沿って延びる第2仮想軸回りで電子機器の第2筐体を回転自在に連結する回転部材と、所定の弾性復元力を有し、前記開口から突き出て回転部材に覆い被さるヒンジキャップと、ヒンジキャップに形成されて、ヒンジキャップの弾性復元力に基づき回転部材に係り合う突片とを備えるヒンジユニット。
- 請求項3に記載のヒンジユニットにおいて、前記回転部材は、前記第1仮想軸に沿って回転部材を貫通し、前記第1筐体内から前記第2筐体内に延びる配線が配置される貫通孔を備えることを特徴とするヒンジユニット。
