Abstract
本発明は、船舶のタンクや圧力容器のような大型構造物の内部に作業面を成すデッキを設置し、そのデッキの両端部に作業空間を提供するプラットホーム部が組立て積層された足場、すなわち、船舶のタンク及び圧力容器製造に使われる足場に関するものである。足場の構造を改善することで作業デッキの重さを分散させ、撓み発生量が低減されるようにし、大規模な構造物の場合においても使用可能な足場を提供する。
【解決手段】
上記の目的を達成するための本発明の足場は、大型構造物の内部作業用足場において、作業面を形成するデッキ、上記デッキの下部に一体化されて上記デッキを底面で支える支持部材、上記デッキの両端上部に組立て積層されて垂直壁面の作業空間を提供するサイドプラットホーム部、そして天井作業時の作業空間を確保するための上端プラットホーム部を含む。

Claims (8)
- 大型構造物の内部作業のための足場において、
上記構造物の下端部で横方向に作業面を形成するデッキと;
上記デッキの下部に一体に形成されて上記デッキを底面に支持する支持部材と;
上記デッキの両端上部にマトリックス(matrix)状に組立て積層されて作業空間を提供するサイドプラットホーム部と;
上記サイドプラットホーム部の上端部の間を支持して作業空間を提供する上部プラットホーム部とを有することを特徴とする足場。 - 上記支持部材は上記デッキの両端部で所定距離の内側で形成され、
上記支持部材の側面と上記デッキの底面を繋ぐ補強リブを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の足場。 - 上記デッキの両端下側部は1つ以上のストッパー(stopper)によって上記構造物から支持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の足場。
- 上記サイドプラットホーム部の側部は、構造物の両壁面のサイドストッパー(side stopper)によって支持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の足場。
- 上記ストッパーは、長さ調節が可能なことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の足場。
- 上記サイドストッパーは、長さ調節が可能なことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の足場。
- 上記支持部材下端にはそれぞれ2つ以上のレッグラインが固定されており、上記レッグは任意に高さ調節が可能なことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の足場。
- 上記大型構造物は、LNGタンクであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の足場。
