Abstract
【解決手段】 センサエレメントが被検体に実質的に順応であるように被検体に取付けられるように構成された第1の外側表面と、第2の外側表面とをそれぞれ有する複数の順応可能なセンサエレメント20と、被検体の上に配置している間に複数のセンサエレメントを整列状態で保持するために、複数のセンサエレメントの各々の第2の外側表面に取り外し可能に取付けられる担持部材600とを備え、センサエレメント20が被検体の所要場所に取付けられた後で、センサエレメント20を所要場所から移動させることなしに、担持部材600がセンサエレメント20から解放されるように構成される。

Description
従って、本発明の目的は、患者の外部皮膚に実質的に順応するように構成された改良済みの低縦断面(low profile)センサ(扁平センサ)を提供することにある。
本発明について、本発明の好ましい実施形態が示されている添付図面を参照して、以下に更に十分に説明することとする。ただし、本発明は、多くの異なる形式において具体化が可能であり、ここに記述された実施形態に限定されないことを意味し、これらの実施形態によって本開示は完全かつ徹底的であり、当該技術分野における当業者に本発明の範囲を十分に伝達するはずである。図面全体を通じて同一の番号は同一の要素を表し、層又は領域は、説明を明瞭にするために誇張されている場合がある。
図1A及び図1Bにおいて示すように、好ましい一実施形態において、センサアレイ10は単位体として作成される。すなわち、従来型センサと異り、下側に所在する電気リボン上に離散型センサエレメントを組み立てるための必要条件は何も無い。少なくともフレーム15及びセンサエレメント20が単位体として構成されるのが好ましく、センサアレイ自体10が1つの完全な単位体であることが更に好ましい(すなわち、1つの単一構造体が多重層によって形成されるが、電気接続40と結合するように形成された電気インタフェースコネクタ(図示せず)以外には離散型構成要素は一切含まれない)。

Claims (8)
- センサエレメントが被検体に実質的に順応であるように前記被検体に取付けられるように構成された第1の外側表面と、第2の外側表面とをそれぞれ有する複数の順応可能なセンサエレメントと、
前記被検体の上に配置している間に前記複数のセンサエレメントを整列状態で保持するために、前記複数のセンサエレメントの各々の前記第2の外側表面に取り外し可能に取付けられる担持部材と、
を備え、
前記センサエレメントが前記被検体の所要場所に取付けられた後で、前記センサエレメントを所要場所から移動させることなしに、前記担持部材が前記センサエレメントから解放されるように構成されていること、
を特徴とする音響センサアレイ。 - 前記担持部材は、前記センサエレメントの前記第2の外側表面に接着剤で貼付される単位シートであり、前記センサエレメントが前記被検体に接着剤で取り外し可能に固定された後に、前記担持部材を基体である前記センサエレメントから引き取ることが可能であるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の音響センサアレイ。
- 前記担持部材は、外部的にアクセス可能なタブを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の音響センサアレイ。
- 複数の離散型物体及び/又は離散型スチフナを更に有し、これらのうちの少なくとも1つが前記センサエレメントの各々に取付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の音響センサアレイ。
- 所定の個数の前記センサエレメント、前記離散型物体及び/又は前記が反射表面を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の音響センサアレイ。
- 複数の伝送線及びコネクタを更に有し、前記センサエレメントの各々が前記伝送線のそれぞれ1つと作動的に関連し、前記伝送線の各々が前記コネクタへ接続され、前記伝送線の少なくともいくつかがその長さ方向に沿った一連の波様形状によって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の音響センサアレイ。
- 前記センサエレメントが互いに反対の極性を持ち、かつその間に配置され得る厚さの中心コアを持つ互いに対向する第1及び第2電極を有し、前記電極が圧電性の活性物質から成る薄膜によって画定され、前記コアの厚さが前記第1及び第2電極の間の分離距離を画定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の音響センサアレイ。
- 前記センサエレメントは、低縦断面音響センサアレイを規定しており、
離散して間隔を隔てて配置される順応可能な複数の音響センサエレメントパッドであって、その各々が、圧電性材料から成る活性センサエレメントを含み、適用対象構造体の形状に順応可能であり、かつ、作動中においては、音響信号によって誘起されるたわみに応答して電気信号を生成するように構成された複数の音響センサエレメントパッドと、
前記複数の音響センサエレメントパッドの少なくとも1つに一体に取付けられた少なくとも1つの長さ方向に延びる長手状ストリップであって、互いに反対側に位置する第1及び第2の端部を備える長さを有し、その上に少なくとも1つの離散型電気伝送経路を含む長手状ストリップと、
を備え、
前記長手状ストリップの第2の端部は出力装置に接続されるように構成され、
それぞれの長手状ストリップは、それが一体に取付けられた少なくとも1つの音響センサエレメントパッドが前記長手状ストリップの長手方向から外側に離れて延びるような配置となるように構成され、
いくつかの音響センサエレメントパッドに対応する前記長手状ストリップに配置されたいくつかの離散型電気伝送経路が、それぞれの離散型電気伝送経路と電気的に通信するように構成されたそれぞれの音響センサエレメントと共に前記長手状ストリップによって保持されること、
を特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の低縦断面音響センサアレイ。
