Abstract

【課題】注射針による針刺し事故を起こさない注射針のキャップ部分を提供する。
【解決手段】キャップ本体にスポンジを用いて整形することによりキャップを伸縮自在にし、穴を開けたキャップ先端部から注射針が現れることにより、注射針からキャップを外さずとも注射器を用いることが出来ることを可能としたことが特徴である。

発明の詳細な説明
この発明は、注射針による針刺し事故を防止するための注射針のキャップ部分に関するものである。
従来の注射針は、注射器を使用するとき注射針を注射器に嵌合して注射針のキャップをはずしてからでなければ使用できなかった。
 発明が解決しようとしている課題
その為、従来の注射針は針がむき出しとなり次のような欠点があった。
（イ）薬剤をつめた注射器の針先が看護師等の医療従事者に触れることで起きるアレルギーショック。
（ロ）注射薬を投与した後の使用済み注射針と医療従事者が接触することで起きるＢ型又はＣ型肝炎ウイルスやエイズウイルス等の血液感染。
本発明は、注射針のキャップを外さないで使用することを可能とし、危険な針刺し事故から注射を使用する人を守ることを目的に考案されたものである。
問題解決の手段
キャップ先端部分（３）とスポンジ部分（４）とキャップ−注射針嵌合部分（５）の３部分を結合したキャップ部分と注射針（２）を嵌合する。
本発明は、以上の構成からなるキャップ付注射針である。
発明の形態
この発明を図面にて説明すれば、本発明の注射針のキャップ部分は樹脂で整形されている先端部分（３）とキャップ−注射針嵌合部分（５）そしてスポンジで整形された注射針を覆う円柱部分（４）の３部分を１つに結合してキャップ本体（１）となる。注射針（２）は注射器と嵌合する硬質の樹脂で整形されている注射針−注射器嵌合部分（７）と針（６）で構成されている。キャップ先端部分は円柱状の部分（９）と２本の突起状の部分（８）からなり、硬質の樹脂にて整形されている。円柱状の部分は注射針が突き出るよう中心が貫通してあり（図３）、円柱状の部分と注射針の先端が重なるように嵌通している。突起部分は弾力性があり硬質の樹脂にて整形され、注射針を刺す方向に向かって広がるように円柱状の部分から突き出ている（図４）。針を覆うスポンジ部分は、家庭で食器等を洗浄するスポンジと同様に伸縮する性質があり、力を加えると縮み力を抜くと元の形に戻る。スポンジ部分は円柱状に整形されており、その内部は注射針に接触しないようにくりぬいてある（図５）。スポンジ部分は注射針を先端から少しだけ出すときのために柔らかいスポンジと固めのスポンジの硬度の異なる２種類のスポンジで構成されており注射器を軽く押し込むと柔らかいスポンジが縮み、注射針が突起部分よりもはみ出さないところまで現れる状態になるように工夫されている（図１２）。キャップ注射針嵌合部分（１５）は硬質の樹脂で整形されており、内部にある突起物（１４）がある。キャップに注射針を差し込むと注射針の注射針−注射器接合部分（７）と注射針が嵌合するように設計されている。
本発明の実施の形態
本発明を注射器に嵌合して注射アンプルまたはバイアルに押し込むとキャップのスポンジ部分が縮み（図８）、針が出てきて薬液を吸い取る事が出来る（図９）（図１０）。注射針を引き抜くとスポンジ部分はもとの状態に戻るのでキャップは針につけたまま注射器を使用することが出来きるので安心安全である（図１１）。患者に注射をするときは、キャップ先端を人体に軽く押し付け２本の突起部分の間に注射針の先端が目視できるように針を少し出して（図１２）、血管等の使用部位にねらいを定めてから注射をする（図１３）（図１４）。人体に使用する場合もキャップを外さなくてもよいので、針刺し事故の危険がない。汚染された針を接触することによる血液感染は起こらない（図１５）。
本発明により、安全に注射器を使用できるようになる。
発明の効果
注射針のキャップをはずすことなく注射薬の調整や混合作業、そして人への注射薬の投与が出来るため、医療従事者の針刺し事故の危険がなくなる。
