【解決手段】湿潤原料を乾燥する流動層乾燥機9と、コークス炉1からの高温排ガスを熱源兼流動化ガスとして流動層乾燥機9に供給するためのガス供給配管5とを有する湿潤原料の乾燥装置において、ガス供給配管5に蓄熱部7を設けた。

Claims (2)
- 湿潤原料を乾燥する流動層乾燥機と、コークス炉からの高温排ガスを熱源兼流動化ガスとして流動層乾燥機に供給するためのガス供給配管とを有する湿潤原料の乾燥装置において、前記ガス供給配管に蓄熱部を設けたことを特徴とする湿潤原料の乾燥装置。
- 流動層乾燥機から排出したガスを再度循環して流動層乾燥機に供給するためのガス循環配管と、前記コークス炉からの高温排ガスの供給が停止又は減少するときに流動層乾燥機から排出したガスを循環して流動層乾燥機の熱源兼流動化ガスとして再度使用するように制御を行うガス循環系制御装置とを有し、前記ガス循環配管の下流端を前記ガス供給配管の蓄熱部の上流側に接続した請求項1に記載の湿潤原料の乾燥装置。
