Abstract
【解決手段】 センサ装置2は、車体側軌道部材3のフランジ部13に設けられた軸方向貫通孔13a内に配置されている荷重センサ31と、荷重センサ31と軸方向貫通孔13aの内径面との間に介在させられたシム部材32と、荷重センサ31と軸方向貫通孔13aの外径面との間に介在させられたセンサ押さえ部材36とを有している。シム部材32の厚みを変更することにより、荷重センサ31の予圧が調整可能とされている。

Claims (3)
- 車体側に固定される車体側軌道部材、車輪取付け用のフランジを有する車輪側軌道部材、および両軌道部材の間に配置された転動体を有するハブユニットと、センサ装置とを備えているセンサ付きハブユニットにおいて、
センサ装置は、車体側軌道部材のフランジ部に設けられた軸方向貫通孔内に配置されている荷重センサと、荷重センサと軸方向貫通孔の内径面との間に介在させられたシム部材と、荷重センサと軸方向貫通孔の外径面との間に介在させられたセンサ押さえ部材とを有しており、シム部材の厚みを変更することにより、荷重センサの予圧が調整可能とされていることを特徴とするセンサ付きハブユニット。 - 荷重センサ、センサ押さえ部材およびシム部材は、予め互いに接着された後、くさび型治具で押し広げられた軸方向貫通孔内に嵌め入れられるようになされている請求項1のセンサ付きハブユニット。
- センサ装置は、シム部材を軸方向の両側から挟むシム規制部材と、車体側軌道部材のフランジ部の両面に固定ねじで固定されてシム規制部材の軸方向移動を不可能にする止め部材とをさらに備えている請求項1または2のセンサ付きハブユニット。
