Abstract
【解決手段】テキスタイル平面構造物上に、0.02〜100μmの平均粒径を有する疎水性粒子か又は後続の処理工程において疎水化される非疎水性粒子を、溶剤中に粒子を有する懸濁液の施与及び引き続く溶剤の除去により施与し、テキスタイル平面構造物の繊維に固定し、かつそのようにして繊維の表面に凸部及び/又は凹部から成る構造を付与し、その際、凸部は20nm〜100μmの間隔及び20nm〜100μmの高さを有することを特徴とする、多孔質テキスタイル平面構造物の水密性を高めるための方法。

Description
繊維直径20μmのポリエステル織物を、50℃に加熱した、デカリン中のエアロシルVPLE 82411質量%の懸濁液中に10秒間浸漬する。引き続き、織物を乾燥させて溶剤がもはや表面上に残存しないようにする。
繊維直径15μmのポリエステル織物を、50℃に加熱した、トルエン中のエアロシルVPLE 82411質量%の懸濁液中に10秒間浸漬する。引き続き、織物を乾燥させて溶剤がもはや表面上に残存しないようにする。
Claims (18)
- 多孔質テキスタイル平面構造物の水密性を高めるための方法において、テキスタイル平面構造物上に、0.02〜100μmの平均粒径を有する疎水性粒子か又は後続の処理工程において疎水化される非疎水性粒子を、溶剤中に粒子を有する懸濁液の施与及び引き続く溶剤の除去により施与し、テキスタイル平面構造物の繊維に固定し、かつそのようにして繊維の表面に凸部及び/又は凹部から成る構造を付与し、その際、凸部は20nm〜100μmの間隔及び20nm〜100μmの高さを有することを特徴とする、多孔質テキスタイル平面構造物の水密性を高めるための方法。
- テキスタイル平面構造物として、編物、織物、フリース又はフェルト又は膜を使用する、請求項1記載の方法。
- テキスタイル平面構造物の少なくとも1つの表面への懸濁液の施与を、懸濁液中への平面構造物の浸漬により行う、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 物品の少なくとも1つの表面への懸濁液の施与を、平面構造物への懸濁液の噴霧により行う、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- テキスタイル平面構造物の繊維の表面を溶剤により溶解させず、溶剤の除去後に粒子がテキスタイル平面構造物の繊維の表面に付着する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 溶剤として、被覆すべき物品の表面を溶解させない、アルコール、グリコール、エーテル、グリコールエーテル、ケトン、エステル、アミド、ニトロ化合物、ハロゲン炭化水素、脂肪族及び芳香族炭化水素又はその混合物の群からの少なくとも1種の適当な化合物を使用する、請求項5記載の方法。
- 繊維の表面を溶剤により溶解させ、溶剤の除去後に粒子が繊維の表面に固定されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 溶剤により溶解する表面が、ポリカーボナート、ポリ(メタ)アクリラート、ポリアミド、PVC、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、脂肪族直鎖アルケン又は脂肪族分枝鎖アルケン、環式アルケン、ポリスチレン、ポリエステル、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリアクリロニトリル又はポリアルキレンテレフタラート並びにそれらの混合物をベースとするポリマー又はコポリマーを有する、請求項7記載の方法。
- 溶剤として、相応する表面のための溶剤として適当な、アルコール、グリコール、エーテル、グリコールエーテル、ケトン、エステル、アミド、ニトロ化合物、ハロゲン炭化水素、脂肪族及び芳香族炭化水素又はその混合物の群からの少なくとも1種の化合物を使用する、請求項7又は8記載の方法。
- 溶剤として、相応する表面のための溶剤として適当な、メタノール、エタノール、プロパノール、ブタノール、オクタノール、シクロヘキサノール、フェノール、クレゾール、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、ジエチルエーテル、ジブチルエーテル、アニソール、ジオキサン、ジオキソラン、テトラヒドロフラン、モノエチレングリコールエーテル、ジエチレングリコールエーテル、トリエチレングリコールエーテル、ポリエチレングリコールエーテル、アセトン、ブタノン、シクロヘキサノン、エチルアセタート、ブチルアセタート、イソ−アミルアセタート、エチルヘキシルアセタート、グリコールエステル、ジメチルホルムアミド、ピリジン、N−メチルピロリドン、N−メチルカプロラクトン、アセトニトリル、二硫化炭素、ジメチルスルホキシド、スルホラン、ニトロベンゼン、ジクロロメタン、クロロホルム、テトラクロロメタン、トリクロロエテン、テトラクロロエテン、1,2−ジクロロエタン、クロロフェノール、クロロフルオロ炭化水素、ベンジン、石油エーテル、シクロヘキサン、メチルシクロヘキサン、デカリン、テトラリン、テルペン、ベンゼン、トルエン又はキシレン又はその混合物から選択された少なくとも1種の化合物を使用する、請求項9記載の方法。
- 粒子を有する溶剤が表面への施与の前に−30℃〜300℃の温度を有する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 粒子が0.05〜30μmの平均粒径を有する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 非疎水性粒子に、アルキルシラン、フルオロアルキルシラン及び/又はジシラザンの群からの少なくとも1種の化合物を用いた処理によって疎水特性を付与する、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 高められた水密性を有するテキスタイル平面構造物において、平面構造物が、50nm〜25μmの平均高さ及び50nm〜25μmの平均間隔を有する凸部から成る疎水性表面構造を有する繊維を有することを特徴とする、高められた水密性を有するテキスタイル平面構造物。
- 請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法により製造された、請求項14記載の平面構造物。
- DIN EN 13562により測定された20cmを上回る水柱の水密性を有する、請求項14又は15記載の平面構造物。
- 25cmを上回る水柱の水密性を有する、請求項16記載の平面構造物。
- 傘、テント、オーニング又はテキスタイル構造材料の製造のために使用される、請求項14から17までのいずれか1項記載の平面構造物。
