Description
工程a)において、支持体を、少なくとも1種の定着剤を有する液体で処理し、引き続き乾燥させ、かつ
工程b)において、a)により処理した支持体を、直径0.02〜100μmの平均粒径を有する疎水性粒子、溶剤及び少なくとも1種の定着剤を有する混合物で処理し、引き続き乾燥させる
ことを特徴とする、少なくとも2つの処理工程を有する、蒸気透過性の非透水性テキスタイル支持体の製造法である。
ポリエチレンテレフタラート−フリース(PET−フリース)(Freudenberg, FS22325)を、まず室温で2時間撹拌した、エタノール90g中のTEOS5g、5質量%塩酸5g及びGLYMO5gとから成るゾルで、連続法でローラーを用いて被覆し(ベルト速度:10m/h)、150℃で30秒間乾燥させる。
PET−フリース(Freudenberg, FS22325)を、まず室温で2時間撹拌した、エタノール90g中のTEOS5g、5質量%塩酸5g及びGLYMO5gとから成るゾルで、連続法でローラーを用いて被覆し(ベルト速度:10m/h)、150℃で30秒間乾燥させる。
PET−フリース(Freudenberg, FS22325)を、まず室温で2時間撹拌した、エタノール90g中のTEOS5g、5質量%HCl5g及びGLYMO5gとから成るゾルで、連続法でローラーを用いて被覆し(ベルト速度:10m/h)、150℃で30秒間乾燥させる。
ポリアクリロニトリル(PAN)−フリース(Freudenberg, FS 1773)を、まず室温で2時間撹拌した、エタノール90g中のTEOS5g、5質量%塩酸5g及びGLYMO5gとから成るゾルで、連続法でローラーを用いて被覆し(ベルト速度:10m/h)、150℃で30秒間乾燥させる。
実施例1〜4により製造された支持体を、その自浄特性、その耐久性並びにその非透水性に関して試験した。更に、未処理の支持体に関して同一の試験を実施した。
Claims (23)
- 少なくとも2つの処理工程を有する、蒸気透過性の非透水性テキスタイル支持体の製造法において、
a)支持体を、少なくとも1種の定着剤を有する液体で処理し、引き続き乾燥させ、かつ
b)a)により処理した支持体を、0.02〜100μmの平均粒径を有する疎水性粒子、溶剤及び少なくとも1種の定着剤を有する混合物で処理し、引き続き乾燥させ、
工程a)において使用される液体が、少なくとも部分的に加水分解されたシランを定着剤として有する溶液又はゾルであり、
前記疎水性粒子は、アルキルシラン、フルオロアルキルシラン及び/又はジシラザンの群からの少なくとも1種の化合物を用いた処理により疎水特性が付与されることを特徴とする、蒸気透過性の非透水性テキスタイル支持体の製造法。 - 工程a)における液体として水又は他の溶剤又は水と少なくとも1種の他の溶剤との混合物を使用する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 溶剤を、アルコール、エーテル、エステル、ケトン、アルデヒド、N−メチルピロリドンから選択する、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 工程a)において使用される液体が、少なくとも部分的に加水分解されたシラン0.1〜10質量%を定着剤として有する溶液又はゾルである、請求項3記載の方法。
- 工程a)により使用される液体が、更にテトラエトキシシラン0.1〜10質量%を有する、請求項4記載の方法。
- 工程a)において、3−アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン、2−アミノエチル−3−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、3−グリシジルオキシトリメトキシシラン、3−メタクリルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、ビニルトリエトキシシラン、ビニルトリメトキシシラン、ビニルトリス(2−メトキシエトキシ)シランを定着剤として使用する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- b)による混合物として、アルコール中の0.1〜5質量%の疎水性粒子を有する分散液及び前記分散液に対して0.1〜20質量%の定着剤を有する混合物を使用する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- b)による混合物中で、定着剤として、トリメチルエトキシシラン、イソブチルトリエトキシシラン、及び/又はオクチルトリエトキシシランを使用する、請求項7記載の方法。
- 珪酸塩、鉱物、金属酸化物、金属粉末、沈降シリカ及び/又は熱分解法シリカ、顔料及び/又はポリマーの疎水性粒子から選択された疎水性粒子を使用する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 1〜1000nmの平均間隔及び1〜1000nmの平均高さを有する凸部を有する微細構造を有する疎水性粒子を使用する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 溶剤として工程a)及び/又はb)においてエタノールを使用する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 工程a)による液体を用いた支持体の処理及び/又は混合物を用いた工程b)による工程a)からの支持体の処理を、支持体に液体ないし混合物をナイフ塗布、吹き付け又はローラー塗布することにより、又は支持体を液体ないし混合物に含浸させることにより、又は支持体を液体ないし混合物に浸漬させることにより行う、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 工程a)及び/又はb)による乾燥を、処理した支持体を80〜250℃の温度に加熱することにより行う、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 支持体として、ポリマー繊維及び/又は天然繊維からの織物、編物、フェルト又はフリースを使用する、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 蒸気透過性の非透水性テキスタイル支持体において、支持体が繊維の表面上に第一の被覆を有し、前記の第一の被覆は少なくとも部分的に加水分解されたシランを有し、かつ前記の第一の被覆の上に、0.02〜100μmの平均粒径を有する疎水性粒子から成る第二の被覆が存在し、
前記疎水性粒子は、アルキルシラン、フルオロアルキルシラン及び/又はジシラザンの群からの少なくとも1種の化合物を用いた処理により疎水特性が付与されることを特徴とする、蒸気透過性の非透水性テキスタイル支持体。 - 請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の方法により製造された、請求項15記載の支持体。
- 支持体の繊維の表面が少なくとも部分的に、1nm〜100μmの凸部の平均高さ及び相互に1nm〜100μmの凸部の平均間隔を有しかつ疎水性粒子により形成される凸部から成る構造を有する、請求項15又は16記載の支持体。
- 支持体が自浄特性を有する、請求項15から17までのいずれか1項記載の支持体。
- 疎水性マイクロ粒子が、珪酸塩、鉱物、金属酸化物、金属粉末、沈降シリカ及び/又は熱分解法シリカ及び/又はポリマーから選択された材料を有する疎水性又は疎水化粒子から選択されている、請求項18記載の支持体。
- マイクロ粒子が、1を上回るアスペクト比を有する凸部を有する微細構造を有するナノ構造化されたマイクロ粒子である、請求項15から19までのいずれか1項記載の支持体。
- 支持体がポリマー繊維及び/又は天然繊維からのフリース、織物、編物又はフェルトである、請求項15から20までのいずれか1項記載の支持体。
- 工業用テキスタイルとして、テキスタイル長尺物品として又は衣服用テキスタイルとしての、請求項15から21までのいずれか1項記載の蒸気透過性の非透水性支持体の使用。
- 長尺物品がオーニング、日傘又は天幕、テント用布地、布団皮又は衣服における外被である、請求項22記載の使用。
