Abstract
【解決手段】 上部ケース16が熱可塑性エラストマで形成されているので、その下端部16cを下部ケース14に係止したとしても、上部ケース16に与えられた振動が下部ケース14に伝達される心配はない。また、上部ケース16の下端部16cが下部ケース14に係止して圧縮コイルばね12の上面から側面までが密閉されているので、吸振体10の内部に収納した圧縮コイルばね12やサージング防止部材18が風雨や紫外線に晒されることはなく、これらの部材が風雨や紫外線によって劣化するのを防止することができる。

Claims (5)
- 荷重担持用の圧縮コイルばねと、前記圧縮コイルばねの下部に取り付けられる下部ケースと、前記圧縮コイルばねの上部に取り付けられ、前記圧縮コイルばねの上面および側面を覆う上部ケースと、前記圧縮コイルばねに接触する粘弾性片を有するサージング防止部材とで構成された吸振体であって、
前記上部ケースが耐候性を有する熱可塑性エラストマで形成されており、その下端部が前記下部ケースに係止して前記圧縮コイルばねの上面から側面までが密閉されていることを特徴とする吸振体。 - 前記下部ケースの下面には、上面に載置した前記圧縮コイルばねの載置部分に対応する位置に滑り止め用のパッドが取着されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸振体。
- 荷重担持用の圧縮コイルばねと、前記圧縮コイルばねの下部に取り付けられる下部ケースと、前記圧縮コイルばねの上部に取り付けられ、前記圧縮コイルばねの上面および側面を覆う上部ケースとで構成された吸振体であって、
前記上部ケースが耐候性を有する熱可塑性エラストマで形成されており、その下端部が前記下部ケースに係止して前記圧縮コイルばねの上面から側面までが密閉されていると共に、
前記下部ケースの下面には、耐候性を有する合成ゴムからなり振動発生源載置用の基礎枠に嵌合する断面略コ字状のガイドパッドが取り付けられていることを特徴とする吸振体。 - 前記上部ケースの上面に、耐候性を有する合成ゴムからなり振動発生源載置用の取付枠に嵌合する断面略コ字状のガイドパッドが更に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の吸振体。
- 前記圧縮コイルばねの端面を構成する最終座巻き部の直前部分に、前記直前部分の内側の巻回部分の傾斜角度より大きな傾斜角度で立上げられた立上がり部が設けられ、前記端面とばねの中心軸とのなす角度が略直角となるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の吸振体。
