Abstract
【解決手段】上部に開口を有する有底筒状の取鍋本体を備えた溶融金属取鍋であって、取鍋本体10は、取鍋上部12と取鍋下部11とを備えており、取鍋上部12は、取鍋下部11の上端に接続しており、取鍋上部12及び取鍋下部11の内側には、内張層17,18が設けられており、取鍋上部12の内張層18の最内面は、取鍋下部11の内張層17の上端から開口13の縁に向けて開口面積が小さくなる傾斜面とされている溶融金属取鍋1。

Claims (3)
- 上部に開口を有する有底筒状の取鍋本体を備えた溶融金属取鍋であって、
前記取鍋本体は、取鍋上部と取鍋下部とを備えており、
前記取鍋上部は、前記取鍋下部の上端に接続しており、
前記取鍋上部及び前記取鍋下部の内側には、内張層が設けられており、
前記取鍋上部の内張層の最内面は、前記取鍋下部の内張層の上端から前記開口の縁に向けて開口面積が小さくなる傾斜面とされている溶融金属取鍋。 - 前記傾斜面は、縦断面視において、前記取鍋下部の内張層の上端から前記開口の縁にわたって一定の傾斜角を有する請求項1に記載の溶融金属取鍋。
- 前記内張層は、断熱材及び耐火材により形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の溶融金属取鍋。
