Claims (2)
- 上部に開口を有する有底筒状の取鍋本体と、前記取鍋本体内に圧縮ガスを導入する加圧部と、前記加圧部から圧縮ガスを導入して前記取鍋本体内を加圧することにより溶湯を排出する注湯管とを備えた溶融金属取鍋であって、
前記取鍋本体は、取鍋上部と取鍋下部とを備えており、
前記取鍋上部は、前記取鍋下部の上端に接続しており、
前記取鍋上部及び前記取鍋下部の内側には、内張層が設けられており、
前記取鍋上部の内張層の最内面は、前記取鍋下部の内張層の上端から前記開口の縁に向けて開口面積が小さくなる傾斜面とされており、
前記傾斜面は、縦断面視において、前記取鍋下部の内張層の上端から前記開口の縁にわたって一定の傾斜角を有し、
前記加圧部は、前記傾斜面に開口するように形成されている溶融金属取鍋。 - 前記内張層は、断熱材及び耐火材により形成されている請求項1に記載の溶融金属取鍋。
