Abstract
【解決手段】解体装置が、設備部品(4、12a〜12e)に固定される基礎部分(20)を備え、該部分(20)で設備部品(4、12a〜12e)内ないしそのそばに置かれるロールカッター装置(24、60、74)が支持され、このカッター装置(24、60、74)が、設備部品(4、12a〜12e)の内面ないし外面に当てられそれに沿って走行する少なくとも1つのロールカッター(30)を備える。

Claims (8)
- 放射能汚染設備部品の解体装置において、
設備部品(4、12a〜e)に固定される基礎部分(20)を備え、該部分(20)で設備部品(4、12a〜e)内又はそのそばに置かれるロールカッター装置(24、60、74)が支持され、該カッター装置(24、60、74)が、設備部品(4、12a〜e)の内面ないし外面に当てられそれに沿って走行する少なくとも1つのロールカッター(30)を備えることを特徴とする解体装置。 - 少なくとも1つのロールカッター(30)が円周方向に走行することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 基礎部分(20)が、設備部品(4、12a〜e)に固定すべく、設備部品(4、12a〜e)の外周面に向けて半径方向に作用する複数の締付け固定シリンダ装置(44)を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- ロールカッター装置(24、60、74)を駆動すべく、基礎部分(20)に支持された回転駆動装置(46)を備えることを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのロールカッター(30)を当てるための液圧式送り装置(32、61、76)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのロールカッター(30)が、ロールカッター装置(24)に揺動可能に支持されたことを特徴とする請求項1から5の1つに記載の装置。
- ロールカッター装置(24)が、設備部品(4、12a〜e)内に挿入でき、かつ設備部品(4、12a〜e)の中心軸線(120)の方向に作用する液圧シリンダ装置(32)を有し、該シリンダ装置(32)が、設備部品(4、12a〜e)の中心軸線(120)に対し垂直に延びる軸線を中心として揺動可能なレバー(28a、28b)に作用し、該レバー(28a、28b)の自由端にロールカッター(30)が支持されたことを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 沸騰水形原子炉における多数のサイクロン(4)を有する気水分離器(6)の解体方法において、
サイクロン(4)を請求項1から7の1つに記載の装置により、多数の管状部分部材に分割し、気水分離器(6)から少しずつ取り出し、用意した貯蔵容器内に保管することを特徴とする方法。
