Abstract
【解決手段】 密閉容器内に設置され、その内部空間が仕切り板により異なる容積の第1圧縮室と第2圧縮室とに区画されるハウジングと、第1及び第2圧縮室内で回転する回転軸と、回転軸の回転方向の変化に応じて第1及び第2圧縮室のうちいずれか一方において選択的に圧縮動作を行わせる偏心装置と、第1及び第2圧縮室のうち空回転をする方に吐出側の圧力が加えられるようにする圧力調節装置とを備え、仕切り板は、互いに重なる第1仕切り板と第2仕切り板とからなり、これら第1仕切り板と第2仕切り板との間に圧力調節装置が設けられる。

Claims (8)
- 密閉容器内に設置され、その内部空間が仕切り板により異なる容積の第1圧縮室及び第2圧縮室に区画されるハウジングと、
前記第1及び第2圧縮室内で回転する回転軸と、前記回転軸の回転方向の変化に応じて前記第1及び第2圧縮室のうちいずれか一方において選択的に圧縮動作が行われるようにする偏心装置と、
前記第1及び第2圧縮室のうち空回転をする方に吐出側の圧力が加えられるようにする圧力調節装置とを備え、
前記仕切り板は、互いに重なる第1仕切り板と第2仕切り板とからなり、これら第1仕切り板と第2仕切り板との間に前記圧力調節装置が設けられることを特徴とする能力可変回転圧縮機。 - 前記圧力調節装置は、
前記第1仕切り板と第2仕切り板とが重なる部分に形成され、その内部に吐出側の圧力が提供される流路切換室と、
前記流路切換室の両側と前記第1及び第2圧縮室がそれぞれ連通するように前記第1仕切り板と前記第2仕切り板にそれぞれ形成された第1及び第2連通穴と、
前記第1及び第2連通穴のうち圧縮動作がなされる圧縮室側の連通穴を閉じるように、前記流路切換室内に進退可能に設置されるバルブ部材とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の能力可変回転圧縮機。 - 前記流路切換室は、前記第1及び第2仕切り板が対面する部分から前記第1及び第2仕切り板の方にそれぞれ所定の深さずつ凹入形成される第1凹入部及び第2凹入部を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の能力可変回転圧縮機。
- 前記第1及び第2連通穴は、内径が前記流路切換室の内径よりも小さく形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の能力可変回転圧縮機。
- 前記密閉容器内部の吐出圧力が前記流路切換室に加えられるように、前記ハウジングと前記第1及び第2仕切り板に、それらが重なる方向に形成される第1連結流路と、前記第1連結流路と前記流路切換室が連通するように前記第1及び第2仕切り板のうち少なくとも一つに形成される第2連結流路とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の能力可変回転圧縮機。
- 前記第2連結流路は、第1及び第2仕切り板が相互対面する部分に溝形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の能力可変回転圧縮機。
- 前記バルブ部材が薄い平板形状を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の能力可変回転圧縮機。
- 前記偏心装置は、
前記第1及び第2圧縮室内部の前記回転軸の外面にそれぞれ設置される第1及び第2偏心カムと、
前記第1及び第2偏心カムの外面にそれぞれ回転可能に結合される第1及び第2偏心ブッシュと、
前記回転軸の回転方向の変化に応じて前記2つの偏心ブッシュのうちいずれか一つが偏心回転状態で、残りの一つが偏心解除状態で係止されるようにする係止装置とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の能力可変回転圧縮機。
