Abstract
【解決手段】流動層容器1内で流動する粉粒体Mの一部は下方に流動する際にプローブ6の粒子捕捉部6aに入り、粒子捕捉部6a内に堆積する。プローブ6の粒子捕捉部6aによって所定量の粉粒体Mを捕捉した後、プローブ6を測定位置にスライド移動させ、測定位置にて粉粒体粒子Mの物性値の測定を行う。測定後は、プローブ6を粒子捕捉位置にスライド移動させて、捕捉した粉粒体Mを流動層容器1内に戻す。

Claims (4)
- 処理容器内で粉粒体を運動させながら造粒、コーティング、及び乾燥のうち少なくとも一の処理を行う粉粒体処理装置において、
前記処理容器内で運動する粉粒体の一部を捕捉して収容する所定容積の粒子捕捉部、及び、該粒子捕捉部の周囲の少なくとも一部に設けられた透光部を有するプローブと、該プローブの粒子捕捉部に収容された粉粒体に前記透光部を介して光を照射して、該粉粒体粒子の物性値を測定する測定部とを備え、
前記プローブは、前記処理容器の壁部に設けられた導入部を介して、前記処理容器の内部で前記粉粒体を捕捉可能な捕捉位置と、前記処理容器の外部で前記測定部により測定を行う測定位置との間で、移動自在に配設されていることを特徴とする粉粒体処理装置。 - 前記処理容器の導入部と前記プローブとの間の隙間部にパージエアーを供給する気体通路が、前記導入部と前記プローブのうち少なくとも一方に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉粒体処理装置。
- 前記プローブは、前記粒子捕捉部にパージエアーを供給する気体通路を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の粉粒体処理装置。
- 前記測定部は、前記粉粒体に近赤外光を照射し、透過又は反射した光を解析することにより該粉粒体粒子の物性値を測定するものであることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れかに記載の粉粒体処理装置。
