Abstract
Description
LiCoO294g,スーパー−P3g,およびポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)3gを,N−メチル−2−ピロリドンに溶解して,正極活物質スラリーを製造した。この正極活物質スラリーを,幅が4.9cm,厚さが147μmであるAl箔に塗布し,これを乾燥及び圧延した後,所定の寸法に切断して正極を製造した。
下記化学式17の添加剤0.25gを1.3MのLiPF6が溶解したエチレンカーボネート,エチルメチルカーボネート,プロピレンカーボネート及びフルオロベンゼンの混合溶媒(30:55:5:10体積比)溶液5gに添加して製造された電解液を,電池ケースに2.3g注入した以外は,比較例1と同様の方法によってリチウム二次電池を製造した。
5−フルオロ−3H−ベンゾフラン−2−オン(5−Fluoro−3H−benzofuran−2−one,化学式6)添加剤0.25gを,1.3MのLiPF6が溶解したエチレンカーボネート,エチルメチルカーボネート,プロピレンカーボネート及びフルオロベンゼンの混合溶媒(30:55:5:10体積比)溶液5gに添加して製造された電解液2.3gを電池ケースに注入した以外は,比較例1と同様の方法によってリチウム二次電池を製造した。

Claims (19)
- 非水性有機溶媒と;
リチウム塩と;
下記化学式1の添加剤と;
を含むことを特徴とする,リチウム電池用電解質。
X及びYはO,S,CR2またはNRであり,ここで,RはH,ハロゲンまたは置換もしくは非置換された炭素数8以下のアルキル基であり,前記アルキル基は,環状またはヘテロ環状に結合することができ,X及びYは,全て酸素はなく,
Ra〜Rdは,同一またはそれぞれ独立的に,H,ハロゲン,炭素数8以下のアルコキシ基または炭素数8以下の不飽和もしくは飽和アルキル基であり,隣接したアルキル基は,互いに環状またはヘテロ環状に結合することができ,Ra〜Rdのうち少なくとも一つはハロゲンである。) - 前記Rは,H,ハロゲン,置換もしくは非置換されたC1〜C8のアルキル基であることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のリチウム電池用電解質。
- 前記ハロゲンは,フロリンであることを特徴とする,請求項1または2に記載のリチウム電池用電解質。
- 前記添加剤は,下記化学式4で示される化合物であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のリチウム電池用電解質。
R1〜R4は,同一またはそれぞれ独立的に,H,ハロゲン,炭素数8以下のアルコキシ基または炭素数8以下の不飽和もしくは飽和アルキル基であり,隣接したアルキル基は互いに環状またはヘテロ環状に結合することができ,
R5〜R8は,同一またはそれぞれ独立的に,炭素数8以下のアルコキシ基,ハロゲン,H,炭素数8以下の不飽和もしくは飽和アルキル基であり,隣接したアルキル基は,互いに環状またはヘテロ環状に結合することができ,R5〜R8のうち少なくとも一つは,ハロゲンである。) - 前記添加剤の含量は,前記電解質全体質量に対して,0.01〜50質量%であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のリチウム電池用電解質。
- 前記リチウム塩は,LiPF6,LiBF4,LiSbF6,LiAsF6,LiClO4,LiCF3SO3,Li(CF3SO2)N,LiC4F9SO3,LiAlO4,LiAlCl4,LiN(CxF2x+1SO2)(CyF2y+1SO2)(ここで,x及びyは自然数である),LiCl,およびLiIからなる群より選択される1種または2種以上であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のリチウム電池用電解質。
- 前記リチウム塩は,0.6〜2.0Mの濃度で使用されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のリチウム電池用電解質。
- 前記非水性有機溶媒は,カーボネート,エステル,エーテル,およびケトンからなる群より選択される少なくとも一つの溶媒であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のリチウム電池用電解質。
- 前記カーボネートは,ジメチルカーボネート,ジエチルカーボネート,ジプロピルカーボネート,メチルプロピルカーボネート,エチルプロピルカーボネート,メチルエチルカーボネート,エチレンカーボネート,プロピレンカーボネート,およびブチレンカーボネートからなる群より選択される少なくとも一つの溶媒であることを特徴とする,請求項12に記載のリチウム電池用電解質。
- 前記カーボネートは,環状カーボネートと鎖状カーボネートとの混合溶媒であることを特徴とする,請求項12に記載のリチウム電池用電解質。
- 前記非水性有機溶媒は,カーボネート系溶媒と芳香族炭化水素系有機溶媒との混合溶媒であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のリチウム電池用電解質。
- 前記芳香族炭化水素系有機溶媒は,ベンゼン,フルオロベンゼン,トルエン,フルオロトルエン,トリフルオロトルエン,およびキシレンからなる群より選択される少なくとも一つの溶媒であることを特徴とする,請求項15に記載のリチウム電池用電解質。
- 前記カーボネート系溶媒と前記芳香族炭化水素系有機溶媒とは,1:1〜30:1の体積比で混合されることを特徴とする,請求項15〜17のいずれかに記載のリチウム電池用電解質。
- 非水性有機溶媒と,リチウム塩と,下記化学式1の添加剤化合物とを含む電解質と;
リチウムを吸蔵/放出することが可能な正極活物質を含む正極と;
リチウムを吸蔵/放出することが可能な物質,リチウム金属,リチウム含有合金,およびリチウムと可逆的に反応してリチウム含有化合物を形成することができる物質からなる群より選択される負極活物質を含む負極と;
を含むことを特徴とする,リチウム電池。
X及びYは,O,S,CR2またはNRであり,ここでRは,H,ハロゲンまたは置換もしくは非置換された炭素数8以下のアルキル基であり,前記アルキル基は,環状またはヘテロ環状に結合することができ,X及びYは,全て酸素はなく,
Ra〜Rdは,同一またはそれぞれ独立的に,H,ハロゲン,炭素数8以下のアルコキシ基または炭素数8以下の不飽和もしくは飽和アルキル基であり,隣接したアルキル基は,互いに環状またはヘテロ環状に結合することができ,Ra〜Rdのうち少なくとも一つは,ハロゲンである。)
