Abstract
【解決手段】 光学フィルムの少なくとも片面に帯電防止層が積層され、さらに該帯電防止層上に粘着剤層が積層されており、前記帯電防止層は、原料成分として導電性ポリマーおよび架橋剤を含有することを特徴とする帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルム。

Description
(帯電防止層の形成)
水溶性ポリチオフェン系導電性ポリマー、及びメラミン系架橋剤を用い、固形分濃度0.5%の水溶液を調製した。なお、導電性ポリマーと架橋剤の割合(重量比)は、前者:後者=100:0.2である。当該水溶液を偏光板(日東電工製、SEG5425DU)の片面に、乾燥後の厚みが100nmとなるように塗布し、100℃で3分間乾燥及び架橋硬化させて帯電防止層を形成した。
(粘着剤層の形成)
ベースポリマーとして、ブチルアクリレート95部、アクリル酸5部、過酸化ベンゾイル0.2部を酢酸エチル300部に溶解し、撹拌下、約60℃で6時間反応させて重量平均分子量200万のアクリル系ポリマーを含有する溶液(固形分20%)を用いた。上記アクリル系ポリマー溶液にイソシアネート系多官能性化合物である日本ポリウレタン社製コロネートLをポリマー固形分100部に対して0.5部を加えた。当該粘着剤溶液を、乾燥後の厚みが25μmとなるように、シリコン離型処理したポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(厚さ38μm)上にリバースロールコート法により塗布した後、さらにその上にポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムを付与して熱風循環式オーブンで乾燥し、粘着剤層を形成した。
(帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルムの作製)
上記帯電防止性偏光板の帯電防止層上に、粘着剤層を形成したポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムを貼り合わせて帯電防止性粘着型偏光板を作製した。さらに、偏光板の他面側に表面保護フィルム(剥離シート:ポリエチレンテレフタレート(厚さ38μm)、粘着剤層:アクリル系粘着剤(厚さ20μm))を貼り合わせた。
(帯電防止層の形成)
水溶性ポリチオフェン系導電性ポリマー、バインダーとしてポリエステル系樹脂、及びメラミン系架橋剤を用い、固形分濃度0.5%の水溶液を調製した。なお、導電性ポリマーと架橋剤の割合(重量比)は、前者:後者=100:0.2である。また、導電性ポリマーとバインダーの割合(重量比)は、前者:後者=100:10である。当該水溶液を偏光板(日東電工製、SEG5425DU)の片面に、乾燥後の厚みが100nmとなるように塗布し、100℃で3分間乾燥及び架橋硬化させて帯電防止層を形成した。
(帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルムの作製)
実施例1と同様の方法で帯電防止性粘着型偏光板を作製した。
(帯電防止層の形成)
水溶性ポリチオフェン系導電性ポリマー、及びバインダーとしてポリエステル系樹脂を用い、固形分濃度0.5%の水溶液を調製した。導電性ポリマーとバインダーの割合(重量比)は、前者:後者=100:10である。当該水溶液を偏光板(日東電工製、SEG5425DU)の片面に、乾燥後の厚みが100nmとなるように塗布し、80℃で2分間乾燥してポリマー層を形成した。そして、メラミン系架橋剤を含有する水溶液(固形分濃度0.1%)を前記ポリマー層上に乾燥後の厚みが10nmとなるように塗布し、100℃で1分間乾燥及び架橋硬化させて帯電防止層を形成した。
(帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルムの作製)
実施例1と同様の方法で帯電防止性粘着型偏光板を作製した。
実施例1の帯電防止層の形成において、メラミン系架橋剤を用いなかった以外は実施例1と同様の方法で帯電防止性粘着型偏光板を作製した。
実施例2の帯電防止層の形成において、メラミン系架橋剤を用いなかった以外は実施例2と同様の方法で帯電防止性粘着型偏光板を作製した。
作製した帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルムを25mm幅×50mm長さに切断した。これの粘着剤層面と50μm厚のポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム表面にインジウム−酸化錫を蒸着させた蒸着フィルムの蒸着面とが接するように貼り合わせた後、20分間以上、23℃/60%RHの環境下に放置した。その後、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムの端部を手で剥離し、粘着剤がポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム側に付着しているのを確認してから、引張試験機(島津製作所社製,オートグラフAG−1)を用いて、180°剥離、引張速度300mm/minにて室温雰囲気下(25℃)にて、帯電防止層と粘着剤層との密着性(N/25mm)を測定した。かかる密着性(N/25mm)は、15N/25mm以上であるのが好ましい。
(密着性)
作製した帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルムを25mm幅×50mm長さに切断した。これの粘着剤層面と50μm厚のポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム表面にインジウム−酸化錫を蒸着させた蒸着フィルムの蒸着面とが接するように貼り合わせた後、60℃/90%RHの環境下に24時間放置した。その後、上記試験と同様の方法で密着性(N/25mm)を測定した。かかる密着性(N/25mm)は、15N/25mm以上であるのが好ましい。
作製した帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルムを100mm×100mmの大きさに切断してサンプルを得た。該サンプルの粘着剤層をガラス板に貼り付け、40℃の温水に10時間浸漬した後、目視にて剥がれがあるかどうかを観察した。
作製した帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルムを100mm×100mmの大きさに切断し、液晶パネルに貼り付けた。このパネルを10000cdの輝度を持つバックライト上に置き、静電気発生装置であるESD(SANKI社製,ESD−8012A)を用いて5kvの静電気を発生させることで液晶の配向乱れを生じさせた。その配向不良による表示不良の回復時間(秒)を、瞬間マルチ測光検出器(大塚電子社製,MCPD−3000)を用いて測定した。
表面抵抗測定器(三菱化学(株)製、Hiresta MCP−HT450)を用いて印加電圧500Vで帯電防止層の表面抵抗値(Ω/□)を測定した。

Claims (10)
- 光学フィルムの少なくとも片面に帯電防止層が積層され、さらに該帯電防止層上に粘着剤層が積層されており、前記帯電防止層は、原料成分として導電性ポリマーおよび架橋剤を含有することを特徴とする帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルム。
- 前記架橋剤が、メラミン系架橋剤、ポリカルボジイミド系架橋剤、ポリオキサゾリジン系架橋剤、ポリエポキシ系架橋剤、及びポリイソシアネート系架橋剤からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の有機系架橋剤である請求項1記載の帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルム。
- 前記導電性ポリマーが、水溶性または水分散性のものである請求項1又は2記載の帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルム。
- 前記水溶性または水分散性の導電性ポリマーが、ポリチオフェン系導電性ポリマーである請求項3記載の帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルム。
- 前記帯電防止層は、原料成分としてバインダー成分を含有する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルム。
- 前記バインダー成分が、ポリウレタン系樹脂、ポリエステル系樹脂およびアクリル系樹脂からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項5記載の帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルム。
- 前記粘着剤層がアクリル系粘着剤により形成されている請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルム。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルムを製造する方法であって、光学フィルムの少なくとも片面に、導電性ポリマーおよび架橋剤を含有する塗布液を塗布し、さらに架橋硬化させて帯電防止層を形成する工程、及び当該帯電防止層上に粘着剤層を形成する工程を含むことを特徴とする帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルムの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルムを製造する方法であって、光学フィルムの少なくとも片面に、導電性ポリマーを含有する塗布液を塗布し、乾燥してポリマー層を形成し、さらに該ポリマー層上に架橋剤を含有する塗布液を塗布し、少なくともポリマー層中の導電性ポリマーと架橋剤とを架橋反応させて帯電防止層を形成する工程、及び当該帯電防止層上に粘着剤層を形成する工程を含むことを特徴とする帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルムの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルムを少なくとも1枚用いた画像表示装置。
