Abstract
構成を簡略化し、装置の小型化を図りつつ、光の波長や光の強度を検出することができるレーザ光源装置、このようなレーザ光源装置を用いたホログラム装置及びレーザ光の検出方法を提供すること。
【解決手段】
本来的には光の反射により出力光を所望の方向に導くための光学素子を不完全ミラー104により構成し、その不完全ミラー104を透過した光の照射位置から光の波長を検出し、また当該光の強度を検出しているので、光を光の波長や光の強度を検出するための手段に導くための特別な光学素子、例えばハーフミラー等を別個に設ける必要がなくなる。よって、構成を簡素化し、装置の小型化に寄与することになる。

Claims (6)
- マルチモードのレーザ光を発光するレーザ光源と、
前記レーザ光源により発光されたレーザ光を平行光とする第1の光学素子と、
前記第1の光学素子により平行光とされたレーザ光のうち、0次光を前記レーザ光源以外の所定の方向に反射し、1次光をレーザ光源側に反射する回折格子と、
前記回折格子を反射した0次光を所定の方向に反射し、かつ、前記回折格子を反射した0次光の一部を透過する第2の光学素子と、
前記第2の光学素子を透過した光の波長及び当該光の強度のうち少なくとも一方を検出する第1の検出手段と
を具備することを特徴とするレーザ光源装置。 - 請求項1に記載のレーザ光源装置において、
前記回折格子の反射面と前記第2の光学素子の反射面とのなす角度を一定に維持しつつ、前記回折格子の反射面に対する前記レーザ光の入射角を可変する可変手段
を具備することを特徴とするレーザ光源装置。 - 請求項2に記載のレーザ光源装置において、
前記第1の検出手段により検出された光の波長に基づき前記可変手段を制御する手段
を具備することを特徴とするレーザ光源装置。 - 請求項1に記載のレーザ光源装置において、
前記第2の光学素子を反射した光の光路上に配置されたシェアープレートと、
前記シェアープレートを反射した光に基づいて当該光の波長を検出する第2の検出手段と
を更に具備することを特徴とするレーザ光源装置。 - ホログラム記録媒体に対して波長多重によりホログラム記録又は再生するホログラム装置において、
マルチモードのレーザ光を発光するレーザ光源と、前記レーザ光源により発光されたレーザ光を平行光とする第1の光学素子と、前記第1の光学素子により平行光とされたレーザ光のうち、0次光を前記レーザ光源以外の所定の方向に反射し、1次光をレーザ光源側に反射する回折格子と、前記回折格子を反射した0次光を所定の方向に反射し、かつ、前記回折格子を反射した0次光の一部を透過する第2の光学素子と、前記第2の光学素子を透過した光の波長及び当該光の強度のうち少なくとも一方を検出する第1の検出手段とを具備するレーザ光源装置
を備えたことを特徴とするホログラム装置。 - マルチモードのレーザ光を発光し、
前記発光されたレーザ光を平行光にし、
前記平行光とされたレーザ光のうち、0次光を発光側以外の所定の方向に反射し、1次光を発光側に反射し、
前記反射した0次光を所定の方向に反射し、かつ、前記0次光の一部を透過し、
前記透過した光の波長及び当該光の強度のうち少なくとも一方を検出する
ことを特徴とするレーザ光の検出方法。
