Abstract
【解決手段】 本機械的構成は、内側プラットホームレール(28)を含むタービンノズルセグメント(13)と、レール(28)と軸方向に整合したタービンノズル内側支持リング(30)と、内側支持リング(30)に固定されかつ反対側のレール(28)に対して軸方向に間隔を置いて整合した内側リテーナセグメント(36)と、内側リテーナセグメント(36)上の第1の円錐傾斜面(50)と、内側プラットホームレール(28)上の第2の面(52)とを含む。2つの対向する円錐傾斜面(50、52)は、タービンノズル(12)に対する内側プラットホームレール(28)を拘束して、内側プラットホーム(20)が下流方向にタービンの回転しているハードエア内に逸失するのを防止する。

Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つのステータ翼形部(22)を有しかつ内側プラットホームレール(28)を含むタービンノズルセグメント(13)と、
その1つの側面上でその一部が前記レール(28)と軸方向に整合したタービンノズル内側支持リング(30)と、
前記内側支持リング(30)に固定されかつその一部が前記内側支持リング(30)とは反対側の前記レール(28)の軸方向側面上で該レール(28)に対して軸方向に間隔を置いて整合した内側リテーナセグメント(36)と、
前記内側リテーナセグメント(36)上の第1の面(50)と、
前記第1の面(50)と対向した、前記内側プラットホームレール(28)上の第2の面(52)と、を含み、
それによって、前記タービンノズルセグメント(13)における構造的破損に応答して、前記2つの対向する面(50、52)が、タービンノズル(12)に対する前記内側プラットホームレール(28)と接触しかつ前記内側リテーナセグメント(36)と内側支持リング(30)との間で該内側プラットホームレール(28)を拘束する、
タービン。 - 前記第1及び第2の面(50、52)が接触することにより、前記ノズルセグメント(13)の内側プラットホーム(20)が下流方向にタービンの回転しているハードエア内に逸失するのを防止する楔ロックが生じる、請求項1記載のタービン。
- 前記第1及び第2の面(50、52)が傾斜面である、請求項1記載のタービン。
- 前記第1及び第2の面(50、52)が円錐面である、請求項1記載のタービン。
- 前記第1及び第2の面(50、52)が円錐傾斜面である、請求項1記載のタービン。
- 前記内側リテーナセグメント(36)の半径方向外側縁部(40)が、前記内側支持リング(30)に向かう方向に軸方向に拡大している、請求項1記載のタービン。
- 前記内側リテーナセグメント(36)の半径方向外側縁部(40)がさらに、少なくとも1つの弓形内側リテーナスペーサ(38)によって、前記リテーナセグメント(36)と内側支持リング(30)との間に延びる前記レール(28)から間隔を置いて配置されている、請求項6記載のタービン。
- 前記内側リテーナセグメント(36)上の第1の面(50)が、該内側リテーナセグメント(36)の半径方向外側縁部(40)上に設置されている、請求項6記載のタービン。
- 前記内側プラットホームレール(28)の半径方向内側縁部が、前記内側支持リング(30)から離れる方向に軸方向に拡大している、請求項6記載のタービン。
- 前記内側プラットホームレール(28)上の第2の面(52)が、該内側プラットホームレールの半径方向内側縁部上に設置されている、請求項9記載のタービン。
