Abstract
【解決手段】 アキュムレータによる潤滑油の分配に代えて、戻り潤滑油を冷媒吸入管路27に直接注入するようにしてアキュムレータによる圧力損失を低減する。そして、分岐継手31の分岐流路部35を共通流路部33の流路軸周りに互いに対称に形成することにより、各分岐流路部35の圧力損失の差を低減して各圧縮機5のガス冷媒の吸入量に応じて潤滑油を分配するようにしたのである。これにより、アキュムレータを設けることなく各圧縮機5に適正な量の潤滑油を供給することができ、アキュムレータの圧力損失を低減できる。

Claims (4)
- 冷媒を圧縮する複数台の圧縮機と、前記各圧縮機の吐出口に共通に接続された冷媒吐出管路と、この冷媒吐出管路のガス冷媒中に含まれる潤滑油を分離するオイルセパレータと、このオイルセパレータの油溜り部と前記各圧縮機の吸入口とを減圧手段を介して連通してなる潤滑油戻し管路と、前記各圧縮機の吸入口に接続された分岐管に分岐継手を介して共通に連通された冷媒吸入管路とを備え、前記分岐継手は、前記冷媒吸入管路に接続される共通流路部と前記各分岐管に接続される複数の分岐流路部とを有し、前記複数の分岐流路部は前記共通流路部の流路軸周りに互いに対称に形成され、前記潤滑油戻し管路は前記分岐継手または分岐継手よりも上流側の前記冷媒吸入管路に連結されてなる冷凍装置。
- 前記分岐継手は、前記複数の分岐流路部の付け根中心部の継手壁に、前記共通流路部に向かって延在させて形成された円錐部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷凍装置。
- 前記分岐継手は、前記円錐部に外部と連通させて形成された貫通孔を有し、この貫通孔に前記潤滑油戻し管路が連結されてなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の冷凍装置。
- 前記分岐継手は、前記貫通孔の内側開口に対向させて設けられた邪魔板を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の冷凍装置。
