Claims (19)
- データ信号を伝達する複数のデータ線と,選択信号を伝達する複数の走査線と,前記データ線および前記走査線に接続される複数の画素とを含む表示パネルにおいて:
前記画素は,
印加される電流に対応して発光する少なくとも2つの発光素子と;
前記選択信号が印加される間,前記データ信号を入力し,前記データ信号に対応する第1電流を出力する駆動部と;
前記第1電流を前記発光素子へそれぞれ伝達する少なくとも2つのスイッチング部とを備え,
前記スイッチング部は,
前記駆動部と前記発光素子との間に直列接続され,互いに異なるタイプのチャネルを有する少なくとも2つのトランジスタを備えることを特徴とする,表示パネル。 - 前記駆動部は,
第1電極,第2電極,および第3電極を備え,前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間の印加された電圧に対応した電流を前記第3電極へ出力するトランジスタと;
前記トランジスタの前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に電気的に接続する第1キャパシタと;
前記選択信号に応答して前記データ信号を前記キャパシタへ伝達するスイッチング素子とを備えることを特徴とする,請求項1記載の表示パネル。 - 前記トランジスタの前記第2電極は第1電源と接続し,
前記駆動部は,前記トランジスタの前記第1電極と前記第1キャパシタとの間で接続される第2キャパシタと;
第1制御信号に応答して前記トランジスタをダイオード接続させる第4スイッチング素子と;
第2制御信号に応答して前記第2キャパシタの電極のうち前記第1キャパシタ側の電極に前記第1電源の電圧を印加する第5スイッチング素子とをさらに備えることを特徴とする,請求項2記載の表示パネル。 - 前記第1制御信号と前記第2制御信号は,略同一の制御信号であることを特徴とする,請求項3記載の表示パネル。
- 前記第1制御信号は前記選択信号が印加される前に印加された直前の走査線の選択信号であることを特徴とする,請求項4記載の表示パネル。
- 前記画素は,印加される電流に対応して,互いに異なる色相で発光する第1発光素子及び第2発光素子を含むことを特徴とする,請求項1記載の表示パネル。
- 前記画素は,前記第1電流を前記第1発光素子および第2発光素子へそれぞれ伝達する第1スイッチング部および第2スイッチング部を含み,
前記第1スイッチング部および第2スイッチング部は,それぞれ前記第1発光素子と第2発光素子との間に直列接続されたPMOSトランジスタおよびNMOSトランジスタを備えることを特徴とする,請求項6記載の表示パネル。 - 前記第1スイッチング部の前記NMOSトランジスタと前記第2スイッチング部の前記PMOSトランジスタのゲートには,略同一である第1発光信号が印加され,
前記第1スイッチング部の前記PMOSトランジスタと前記第2スイッチング部の前記NMOSトランジスタのゲートとには,略同一である第2発光信号が印加されることを特徴とする,請求項7記載の表示パネル。 - 前記画素は,印加される電流に対応して,互いに異なる色相で発光する第1発光素子,第2発光素子,および第3発光素子を含むことを特徴とする,請求項1記載の表示パネル。
- 前記画素は,前記第1電流を前記第1発光素子,第2発光素子,および第3発光素子へそれぞれ伝達する第1スイッチング部,第2スイッチング部,および第3スイッチング部を備え,
前記第1スイッチング部,第2スイッチング部,および第3スイッチング部は,それぞれ前記駆動部と前記第1発光素子,第2発光素子,および第3発光素子との間に直列接続された3つの発光トランジスタを備えることを特徴とする,請求項9記載の表示パネル。 - データ信号を伝達する複数のデータ線と;
選択信号を伝達する複数の走査線と,前記データ線と前記走査線に接続された複数の画素とを含む表示部と;
1フィールドの間,少なくとも2つの前記データ信号を時分割して前記データ線に印加するデータ駆動部と;
前記複数の走査線に順次選択信号を印加するための走査駆動部とを含み,
前記画素は,
印加される電流に対応して発光する少なくとも2つの発光素子と;
前記選択信号が印加される間,前記データ信号を入力し,前記データ信号に対応する第1電流を出力する駆動部と;
前記第1電流を前記発光素子へそれぞれ伝達する少なくとも2つのスイッチング部とを含み,
前記スイッチング部は,
前記駆動部と前記発光素子との間に直列に各々接続され,互いに異なるタイプのチャネルを有する少なくとも2つのトランジスタを備えることを特徴とする,表示装置。 - 前記1フィールドは,少なくとも2つのサブフィールドに分けられて駆動され,
前記走査駆動部は,前記サブフィールド毎に前記複数の走査線に前記選択信号を順次印加することを特徴とする,請求項11記載の表示装置。 - 前記画素は,印加された電流に対応して,互いに異なる色相で発光する少なくとも2つの発光素子を含み,
前記データ駆動部は,前記少なくとも2つの発光素子に対応するデータ信号を順次印加することを特徴とする,請求項12記載の表示装置。 - 前記少なくとも2つの発光素子は,印加される電流に対応して,互いに異なる色相で発光する第1発光素子および第2発光素子を含み,
前記少なくとも2つのスイッチング部は,前記第1電流を前記第1発光素子および第2発光素子へそれぞれ伝達する第1スイッチング部および第2スイッチング部を含むことを特徴とする,請求項11記載の表示装置。 - 前記1フィールドは,第1サブフィールドと第2サブフィールドに分けられて駆動され,
前記第1スイッチング部は,第1区間の間,前記第1電流を前記発光素子のうちのいずれかへ伝達し,
前記第2スイッチング部は,第2区間の間,前記第1電流を前記発光素子のうちのいずれかへ伝達することを特徴とする,請求項14記載の表示装置。 - 前記データ駆動部および前記走査駆動部は,前記表示部の形成された表示パネル上に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項11記載の表示装置。
- 印加される電流に対応して発光する少なくとも2つの発光素子と;
データ信号を入力し,前記データ信号に対応する第1電流を出力する駆動回路と;
第1期間の間,前記第1電流を前記少なくとも2つの発光素子のうちのいずれか一つへ伝達する第1スイッチング回路と;
第2期間の間,前記第1電流を前記少なくとも2つの発光素子のうち残りのもう一つへ伝達する第2スイッチング回路とを含み,
前記第1および第2スイッチング回路の少なくとも一つは互いに異なるタイプのチャネルを有する2つのトランジスタを含むことを特徴とする,画素回路。 - 前記駆動回路は,
第1電極,第2電極,および第3電極を備え,前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に印加される電圧に対応する電流を前記第3電極へ出力するトランジスタと;
前記トランジスタの前記第1電極と第2電極との間に電気的に接続された第1キャパシタと;
前記選択信号に応答して前記データ信号を前記キャパシタへ伝達するスイッチング素子とを備えることを特徴とする,請求項17記載の画素回路。 - 前記少なくとも2つの発光素子は,前記印加される電流に対応して,互いに異なる色相で発光し,
