Abstract
【解決手段】光放射の光源(2)と、光源(2)で発生した放射光を通過させる光学的に有効なパターンを有するパターン支持体と、放射光の伝播方向においてパターン支持体の下流に設置された傾き検知装置(1)と、光源(2)で発生しパターン支持体と傾き検知装置(1)とを通過した放射光が投射される投射域(8)とを備える。そして、前記光源(2)がパターン支持体の形状をなしている。

Claims (6)
- 光放射の光源(2)と、
光源(2)で発生した放射光を通過させる光学的に有効なパターンを有するパターン支持体と、
放射光の伝播方向においてパターン支持体の下流に設置された傾き検知装置(1)と、
光源(2)で発生しパターン支持体と傾き検知装置(1)とを通過した放射光が投射される投射域(8)とを備え、
前記光源(2)がパターン支持体の形状をなすことを特徴とする傾きセンサ。 - 請求項1に記載の傾きセンサにおいて、前記パターンが光源(2)の上に直接設けられていることを特徴とする傾きセンサ。
- 請求項1または2に記載の傾きセンサにおいて、光源(2)が発光ダイオード(LED)であることを特徴とする傾きセンサ。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の傾きセンサにおいて、前記パターンが、2次元傾き測定が可能なように形成されることを特徴とする傾きセンサ。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の傾きセンサにおいて、前記パターンが、以下の諸方法、すなわち、
プリント法、
エッチング法、
気相成長法、
刻み法、
の一つを用いて光源(2)に設けられることを特徴とする傾きセンサ。 - 先行請求項のいずれかに記載の傾きセンサにおいて、前記パターンが、透過性または回折性であるように形成されていることを特徴とする傾きセンサ。
