Abstract
【解決手段】 赤外光を吸収し、可視光を放出することを特徴とする透明板で太陽電池を覆うものであり、これによって、発電に寄与しないエネルギー成分を用いて発色させるため、発電効率が低下することはない。

Claims (10)
- 赤外光を吸収し、可視光を放出する透明板と、当該透明板で覆われた太陽電池とを有することを特徴とする太陽電池パネル。
- 前記透明板は、ランタノイド系列の原子あるいはイオンを2種以上含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の太陽電池パネル。
- 前記ランタノイド系列の原子あるいはイオンの2種は、サマリウム(Sm)とユーロピウム(Eu)、あるいは、それらのイオンであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の太陽電池パネル。
- 前記ランタノイド系列の原子あるいはイオンの2種は、サマリウム(Sm)とセリウム(Ce)、あるいはそれらのイオンであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の太陽電池パネル。
- 前記ランタノイド系列の原子あるいはイオンの2種は、イッテルビウム(Yb)とエルビウム(Er)、あるいはそれらのイオンであることを特徴とする前記請求項2記載の太陽電池パネル。
- 赤外光を吸収し、可視光を放出する特性を有することを特徴とする太陽電池用透明板。
- ランタノイド系列の原子あるいはイオンを少なくとも2種含むことを特徴とする請求項6記載の太陽電池用透明板。
- パイレックス(登録商標)グラス、ソーダライムグラスを含むガラス板によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7記載の太陽電池用透明板。
- 請求項7又は8において、前記ランタノイド系列の原子あるいはイオンは、Sm,Eu,Ce,Yb,及び、Erからなる群から選択されたものであることを特徴とする太陽電池用透明板。
- 請求項6〜9のいずれかにおいて、太陽電池の表面に取り付けて使用されることを特徴とする太陽電池用透明板。
