Abstract
【解決手段】内燃機関用の燃料噴射器1が、それ自体の中空の噴射器本体2内に、噴射制御弁4と、噴射器本体2とともに環状チャンバ30を画定する弁体17と、を収納し、この環状チャンバ30は、圧力下の燃料を受け入れるように設計されるとともに、弁体17により支持されプラスチック材料からなるシール部材51により液密式に隔離されている。

Description
本発明の目的は、構造の特徴によって、上述の問題を簡単にかつ経済的に有利な方法で解決し得る燃料噴射器を提供することである。
スリーブ43は、アンカー22を伴って単一の部品からなり、また、内側円筒形面を有し、この内側円筒形面は、端部前進移動位置と端部後退移動位置との間を軸方向に滑動するように、実質的に液密式に表面39に結合されている。
Claims (11)
- 内燃機関用の燃料噴射器(1)であって、
座部(5)が設けられた噴射器本体(2)と、
前記座部(5)内に配置され環状チャンバ(30)を画定する弁体(17)を備え、圧力下の燃料を受け入れるように設計された噴射制御弁(4)と、
前記環状チャンバ(30)の軸方向反対側に配置され、液密式に前記環状チャンバを隔離するための第1の液密手段(13、17a)および第2の液密手段(51、53、56)であって、前記第2の液密手段は、前記噴射器本体(2)と前記弁体(17)との間に配置されたシール手段(51、53、56)を含む、前記第1の液密手段(13、17a)と前記第2の液密手段(51、53、56)と、
を備え、
前記噴射器は、前記シール部材(51、53、56)が、前記弁体(17)により支持されることを特徴とする燃料噴射器。 - 前記シール部材(51、53、56)は、プラスチック材料からなるボディであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴射器。
- 前記シール部材(51、53、56)は、前記環状チャンバ(30)から軸方向に間隔をおいた所定位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の噴射器。
- 前記シール部材(51、53、56)は、軸方向肩部(50)を押圧することにより協働し、この軸方向肩部(50)は、前記弁体(17)により支持されるとともに、前記環状座部(30)と隣接した前記噴射器本体(2)の一部分と径方向に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の噴射器。
- 前記弁体(17)は、外周座部(50)を含み、前記シール部材(51、53)は、前記外周座部(50)内に部分的に収容されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の噴射器。
- 前記外周座部は、円周座部であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の噴射器。
- 前記シール部材(51)は、前記弁体(17)と一体化していることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の噴射器。
- 前記シール部材(51)は、前記溝(50)内に材料を堆積させることにより前記弁体上に直接成形されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の噴射器。
- 前記シール部材(53)は、前記弁体とは別個になっており、螺旋形であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の噴射器。
- 前記シール部材(56)は、前記弁体とは別個の支持ボディ(55)に結合され、前記弁体に堅固に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の噴射器。
- 前記支持ボディ(55)は、前記弁体に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の噴射器。
