Abstract
【解決手段】上記目的を達成するために本発明は、金属がコーティングされた非晶質粉末の製造方法であって、金属塩溶液に非晶質粉末を添加して混合し、得られた混合溶液を噴霧乾燥した後、乾燥された粉末を加熱することにより、塩を除去し、次いで又は同時に還元する製造方法である。上記金属塩溶液の金属塩としては、銅、ニッケル、鉄、及びコバルトの塩の中から選ばれる1種であることが好ましい。

Claims (6)
- 非晶質粉末の製造方法において、
金属塩溶液に非晶質粉末を添加して混合する混合工程と、
前記混合工程により得られた混合溶液を噴霧乾燥する噴霧乾燥工程と、
前記噴霧乾燥工程により乾燥された粉末を加熱して塩を除去すると同時に還元する、塩除去及び還元工程とを含んで構成されることを特徴とする、金属がコーティングされた非晶質粉末の製造方法。 - 前記金属塩溶液の金属塩は、銅、ニッケル、鉄、及びコバルトの塩の中から選ばれる1種であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非晶質粉末の製造方法。
- 前記金属塩には、銅、ニッケル、鉄、及びコバルトの中から選ばれる1種が30wt%以下含有されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の非晶質粉末の製造方法。
- 前記混合工程は、前記金属塩溶液に前記非晶質粉末を添加した後、補助剤として水酸化アンモニウム又は水酸化カリウムを添加して混合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非晶質粉末の製造方法。
- 前記補助剤の添加量が、金属塩溶液に対して10M以下であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の非晶質粉末の製造方法。
- 前記塩除去及び還元工程は、前記噴霧乾燥工程により乾燥された粉末を加熱して塩を除去した後、塩が除去された粉末を還元することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非晶質粉末の製造方法。
