Abstract
Description
酸化クロム顔料、そして特に酸化クロム水和物顔料は、広く知られ、そして特に塗料に使用されている。しばしば“クロムグリーン”(無水の酸化クロム)又は“エメラルドグリーン”(酸化クロム水和物)と呼ばれるこれらの顔料は、非常にはっきりした緑色を持つ酸化クロムの粒子である。
(a)酸化クロム水和物を基とする粒子(p0)(前記粒子(p0)のクロム(VI)含有率はその粒子(p0)の全質量に対して20〜1000ppm間(好ましくは100〜800ppm間、そして好都合には200〜500ppm間));及び
(b)一般的に水溶液の形態である鉄(II)化合物;
を接触させることからなる段階(E)を含んでなる。
本発明を使用して得られる組成物中の、酸化クロムを基とする粒子(p)は、好ましくは少なくとも75重量%、一般的に75〜80重量%間の酸化クロムCr2O3を含んでなる。粒子(p)は、水を、一般的に少なくとも15重量%(そして最もしばしば15〜18重量%間)の量含んでなるという特徴を持つ。
この処理に続いて、得られた媒体を濾過し、そして得られた塩の全てが除去されるまで、濾過物を1リットルの水で数回洗浄した。得られた固体を乾燥し、そして粉砕した。
Claims (6)
- 酸化クロムを基とする粒子(p)を含んでなる顔料組成物を調製するための方法であって、クロム(VI)として存在するクロム含量は、粒子(p)の全質量に対して多くとも5ppmであり:
(a)酸化クロム水和物を基とする粒子(p0)(前記粒子(p0)のクロム(VI)含有率はその粒子(p0)の全質量に対して20〜1000ppm間);及び
(b)鉄(II)化合物;
を接触させることからなる段階(E)を含んでなる、前記方法。 - 前記方法において使用される粒子(p0)が、1〜20ミクロン間の平均サイズを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 使用される前記鉄(II)の、前記粒子(p0)中に最初に含有されているクロム(VI)に対するモル比が、4:1〜6:1間である、請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記鉄(II)化合物が、硫酸鉄(II)である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 使用される前記鉄(II)化合物の反応が、pH5〜9の間でおこなわれる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 化粧品の処方における使用を意図した顔料組成物の調製のための、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
