Claims (12)
- 車両においてエンジン(2)と変速機(4)との間に配置され、エンジン(2)の回転数に関係して制御され、エンジン(2)の回転数に関係して可変トルク伝達を引き起こす要素(26、32)を備えた車両クラッチ(6)において、
車両クラッチ(6)が別途操作されるアクチュエータなしに作動される、ことを特徴とする車両クラッチ(6)。 - 車両クラッチ(6)がエンジン(2)と変速機(4)との間に配置された唯一のクラッチであり、切換過程時に牽引力を中断することのない発進クラッチとして利用される、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両クラッチ(6)。
- 車両クラッチ(6)のクラッチ入力側部品(18)およびクラッチ出力側部品(10)の回転数を監視するための装置(36、44、52)が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の車両クラッチ(6)。
- 車両クラッチ(6)の摩擦出力を計算するために電子制御装置(16)が設けられ、この電子制御装置(16)に回転数を監視するための装置(36、44、52)に接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の車両クラッチ(6)。
- 電子制御装置(16)にエンジン(2)の回転数に影響を与える特性図が記憶され、この特性図が、アクセルペダル位置と燃料噴射量とエンジン回転数における値の依存性を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の車両クラッチ(6)。
- トルク伝達を引き起こす要素(26、32)が、車両重量ないし走行抵抗に関係して影響される運動学系を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の車両クラッチ(6)。
- 運動学系が可変てこ要素を有し、その可変てこ比が、車両クラッチ(6)のトルク伝達能力に影響を与えるために使われる、ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の車両クラッチ(6)。
- てこ要素における可変てこ比が、てこにおける転向点の電動式、電磁式、液圧式あるいは空気圧式の変位によって変化される、ことを特徴とする請求項7記載の車両クラッチ(6)。
- 車両クラッチが損耗補償系を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか1つに記載の車両クラッチ(6)。
- 可変てこ要素が損耗を補償するために利用される、ことを特徴とする請求項9記載の車両クラッチ(6)。
- 車両クラッチ(6)の電子制御装置(16)が、変速機(4)あるいは車両全体の制御装置に一体に統合されている、ことを特徴とする請求項4ないし10のいずれか1つに記載の車両クラッチ(6)。
- エンジン(2)と車両自動変速機(4)との間での請求項1ないし11のいずれか1つに記載の車両クラッチ(6)の利用。
