Abstract
Description
(a) ポリオール成分、イソシアネート成分、水およびオプションとしての追加の添加剤を、混合ユニットの混合槽に計量供給方法で送り込み、該混合槽において3〜200バール、好ましくは5〜200バールの圧力下で混合してポリウレタン反応混合物を生成すること、次いで、
(b) 減圧機構(または減圧体)において3〜200バール、好ましくは5〜200バールの圧力でポリウレタン反応混合物を微細化して気泡核を発生させ、このとき、減圧機構の下流において絞り機構(または絞り体)によって圧力を調節し、それによって、発生する気泡の数を調節すること、次いで、
(c) 気泡核を含むポリウレタン反応混合物を絞り機構を通って流出させて基材に適用し、その上で該混合物は発泡して硬化すること、
を含んでなる方法に関する。
Claims (10)
- 発泡剤としての水およびオプションとしての追加の添加剤の存在下、少なくとも1種のポリオール成分および少なくとも1種のイソシアネート成分からポリウレタンフォームを連続的に製造する方法であって、
(a) ポリオール成分、イソシアネート成分、水およびオプションとしての追加の添加剤を混合ユニットの混合槽に計量供給方法で送り込み、該混合槽において3〜200バールの圧力下で混合してポリウレタン反応混合物を生成すること、次いで
(b) ポリウレタン反応混合物を減圧機構において3〜200バールの圧力で微細化して気泡核を発生させ、このとき、減圧機構の下流において絞り機構によって圧力を調節し、それによって、発生する気泡核の数を調節すること、次いで
(c) 気泡核を含むポリウレタン反応混合物を絞り機構を通って流出させて基材に適用し、その上で該混合物は発泡して硬化すること、
を特徴とする方法。 - ポリオール成分、イソシアネート成分、水およびオプションとしての追加の添加剤を5〜200バールの圧力で混合し、次いで工程(b)でポリウレタン反応混合物を5〜200バールの圧力で微細化する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 撹拌器タイプのミキサーもしくは静的混合要素またはこれらの組み合わせを混合ユニットとして用いる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 1もしくはそれより多くのノズルまたはオリフィスを減圧機構として用いる、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 開口部の断面積が調節可能であるノズルまたはオリフィスを用いる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- ダイヤフラム弁またはピンチ弁を絞り機構として用いる、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 減圧機構と絞り機構との間の最大圧力が20バールであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 混合前に混合槽において気泡核形成剤をポリオール成分および/またはイソシアネート成分に溶解する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 気泡核形成剤を混合槽に注入し、該混合槽で溶解する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポリウレタンフォームの連続製造装置であって、混合槽、反応成分の供給ラインおよびポリウレタン反応混合物の排出開口部を有する混合ユニットを有して成り、減圧機構が排出開口部につながること、ならびに、調節可能な絞り機構が減圧機構の下流に配置されていることを特徴とする連続製造装置。
