Abstract
Description
a.約1〜80重量%の陰イオン性、陽イオン性、非イオン性、両性、双極性の界面活性剤、又はこれらの組み合わせ;
b.約0.1〜10重量%の水不溶性有益剤を含み、前記水不溶性布地ケア有益剤は、水不溶性シリコーン誘導体又はその混合物であり;前記組成物はさらに、
c.約0.01〜2%の陽イオン性セルロースを含む。
本明細書で使用する時、「送達向上剤」は、洗濯中の布地上への水不溶性布地ケア有益剤の付着を大幅に向上させる陽イオン性セルロース、又は陽イオン性セルロース類の組み合わせを指す。本発明の送達向上剤は、水不溶性布地ケア有益剤との強い物理的結合能力を有する。またそれは、綿繊維のような天然の織物繊維に対して非常に強い親和力を有する。

本明細書で使用する時、「水不溶性布地ケア有益剤」は、水不溶性であり、且つ、衣類及び布地に対して、特に綿の衣類及び布地上で、当該衣類/布地上に十分な量の当該物質が存在する時に、布地の柔軟化、色の保護、毛玉/毛羽立ちの低減、磨耗防止、皺防止などのような布地ケア利益を提供できる、シリコーン誘導体類を指す。水不溶性布地ケア有益剤の非限定例には、水不溶性シリコーン誘導体類及びこれらの混合物が含まれる。
本発明の目的では、水不溶性シリコーン誘導体類は、水に溶解しないが、洗濯製品の配合前に好適な界面活性剤によってエマルション類、ラテックス類、分散液、懸濁液などとして調製できるシリコーン物質である。また、洗濯製品が、通常、乳化剤、分散剤、懸濁剤などと同様に作用して水不溶性シリコーン誘導体の乳化、分散、及び/又は懸濁を助けることのできる多種多様な界面活性剤を含有するので、洗濯製品に直接乳化又は分散させることのできる純シリコーン類も、本発明の対象である。これらのシリコーン誘導体類は、布地上に付着することによって、布地に、皺防止、色の保護、毛玉/毛羽立ちの低減、磨耗防止、布地の柔軟化などを含む1以上の布地ケア利益を提供することができる。
本発明の任意成分を非限定的に列挙すると、洗濯洗剤、布地コンディショナー、並びに他の洗い、すすぎ、及び乾燥機添加製品が含まれる。当該洗濯製品は、約0.1%〜約20%、好ましくは約0.2%〜約10%の水不溶性布地ケア有益剤を含んでよい。当該洗濯製品はまた、約0.01%〜約5%、好ましくは約0.02%〜約2%の送達向上剤を含んでよい。布地コンディショナーの従来の構成成分には、これだけに限定するものではないが、界面活性剤などが含まれる。洗剤組成物の従来の構成成分には、これだけに限定するものではないが、界面活性剤、漂白剤及び漂白活性化剤、酵素及び酵素安定化剤、増泡剤若しくは抑泡剤、色褪せ防止剤及び耐食剤、非ビルダーアルカリ源、キレート剤、有機及び無機充填剤、溶媒、向水性物質、光学的光沢剤、染料、香料、並びに変性セルロースエーテル布地処理剤が含まれる。本発明の布地ケア有益剤又は送達向上剤は、洗剤組成物若しくは布地コンディショナーの構成成分であってよく、又は洗剤組成物若しくは布地コンディショナーに添加されてもよい。当該洗剤組成物は、顆粒、液体、又は錠剤の形態であってよい。本発明の洗剤組成物は、米国特許第6,274,540号及び同第6,306,817号、並びにWIPO公開WO01/16237号(2001年3月8日公開)及びWO01/16263号(2001年3月8公開)に従って製造されてもよい。
本発明の洗濯製品は、約1重量%〜80重量%の界面活性剤を含んでよい。好ましくは、このような組成物は、約5重量%〜50重量%の界面活性剤を含む。使用される洗浄性界面活性剤は、陰イオン性、非イオン性、双極性、両性、若しくは陽イオン性の種類のものにすることができ、又は、相容性のこれらの種類の界面活性剤の混合物を含むことができる。本明細書で有用な洗剤界面活性剤は、米国特許第3,664,961号(ノリス(Norris)、1972年5月23日発行)、米国特許第3,919,678号(ラフリン(Laughlin)ら、1975年12月30日発行)、米国特許第4,222,905号(コックレル(Cockrell)、1980年9月16日発行)、及び米国特許第4,239,659号(マーフィー(Murphy)、1980年12月16日発行)に記載されている。陰イオン性及び非イオン性の界面活性剤が好ましい。
当該組成物は、また、約0.1重量%〜80重量%のビルダーを含んでよい。好ましくは、このような組成物は、液体形態では、約1重量%〜10重量%のビルダー構成成分を含む。好ましくは、このような組成物は、顆粒形態では、約1重量%〜50重量%のビルダー構成成分を含む。洗剤ビルダーは、当該技術分野において周知であり、例えばリン酸塩類、並びに様々な有機及び無機の無リンビルダーを含むことができる。
本発明の洗濯製品はまた、酵素、すなわち、アミラーゼ、リパーゼ、選択されたプロテアーゼ酵素、又はこれらの混合物を含んでよい。酵素類は、通常、「洗浄に有効な量」を提供するのに十分な濃度で洗剤組成物中に組み込まれる。用語「洗浄に有効な量」は、布地のような基材に対して洗浄、染み除去、汚れ除去、漂白、脱臭、又は清新感改善効果を生み出すことが可能な量を指す。好ましくは、本発明の洗濯製品組成物は、当該洗剤組成物1g当たり、重量で約5mgまで、より典型的には約0.01mg〜約3mgの活性酵素を含有してよい。別の言い方をすれば、本明細書の組成物は、通常、当該組成物の約0.001重量%〜約5重量%、好ましくは約0.01重量%〜約1重量%の市販の酵素調製物を含む。プロテアーゼ酵素類は、好ましくはそのような市販の調製物中に、組成物1g当たり0.005〜0.1アンソン単位(AU)の活性を提供するのに十分な濃度で存在する。高濃縮型の洗剤配合では、より高い活性レベルが望ましい場合がある。
好ましくは、本明細書の洗濯製品組成物は、液体洗濯洗剤として配合される。この液体洗濯洗剤組成物は、好ましくは、当該液体洗剤組成物の約3重量%〜約98重量%、好ましくは約15重量%〜約95重量%の水性液体キャリア、好ましくは水を含む。好ましくは、本発明による液体洗濯組成物は、本発明による液体洗濯製品の好ましい染み除去性能を維持するために、pH約6〜約10、より好ましくはpH約7〜約9の洗浄溶液を提供すべきである。必要ならば、当該洗浄組成物は、アルカリ化剤、pH調整剤、及び/又は緩衝剤を含有してよい。
Claims (10)
- 洗濯製品組成物であって:
a)当該組成物の0.1重量%〜10重量%の少なくとも1つの水不溶性布地ケア有益剤と、
b)当該組成物の0.01重量%〜5重量%の少なくとも1つの送達向上剤、好ましくは陽イオン性セルロース
との安定な混合物を含む、洗濯製品組成物。 - 前記水不溶性布地ケア有益剤が、1nm〜100μmの粒径を有する、請求項1に記載の洗濯製品組成物。
- 前記水不溶性布地ケア有益剤が、水不溶性シリコーン誘導体、好ましくは、線状構造、グラフト構造、若しくは環状構造を有する非官能化シリコーン;官能化シリコーン;アミノ、アルコキシ、アルキル、フェニル、ポリエーテル、アクリレート、水素化ケイ素、メルカプトプロイル、カルボン酸、四級化窒素、若しくはこれらの混合物である1以上の異なる種類の官能基を有するコポリマー;又はこれらの混合物であり、より好ましくはポリジメチルシロキサンである、請求項1又は2に記載の洗濯製品組成物。
- 前記安定な混合物が、その場で形成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の洗濯製品組成物。
- 前記組成物が、1%〜80%の界面活性剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の洗濯製品組成物。
- 前記送達向上剤と前記布地ケア有益剤との比が、1:50〜1:1である、請求項1に記載の洗濯製品組成物。
- 前記陽イオン性セルロースが、次の構造を有しており:
R8及びR9は、それぞれ独立に、CH3、CH2CH3、フェニル、又はこれらの混合物であり:

- 洗剤洗濯製品組成物であって:
a)当該組成物の1重量%〜80重量%の洗浄性界面活性剤、すなわち、陰イオン性界面活性剤、陽イオン性界面活性剤、非イオン性界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤、双極性界面活性剤、又はこれらの混合物、好ましくは陰イオン性界面活性剤と非イオン性界面活性剤との混合物;
b)当該組成物の0.1重量%〜10重量%の水不溶性布地ケア有益剤、好ましくは水不溶性シリコーン誘導体;
c)当該組成物の0.01重量%〜5重量%の送達向上剤、好ましくは陽イオン性セルロース
を含み;
前記送達向上剤と前記布地ケア有益剤との比が、1:50〜1:1である、洗剤洗濯製品組成物。 - 前記陽イオン性セルロースが、次の構造を有しており:
