Claims (11)
- 信号伝搬および受信手段に接続する端末と、
前記端末に結合された送信ブランチと、
前記端末に結合された分岐回路と、
を備えるマルチモード無線モジュールであって、
前記分岐回路は、第1および第2の周波数帯域における信号を受信する少なくとも第1および第2のブランチをそれぞれ含み、
前記第1および第2のブランチは、移相回路と、前記移相回路に結合された帯域通過フィルタと、前記帯域通過フィルタの出力に結合された低雑音増幅器と、をそれぞれ有し、
前記フィルタの帯域幅は、前記第1および第2の周波数帯域の一方における所望の信号を通過させるが、前記第2および第1の周波数帯域の他方における不要な信号を拒否するように選択され、
各移相回路はインピーダンス変換を行う、
マルチモード無線モジュール。 - 各帯域通過フィルタはBAWフィルタであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無線モジュール。
- 各帯域通過フィルタはSAWフィルタであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無線モジュール。
- 各移相回路は直列容量および分路インダクタンスを有し、前記直列容量および分路インダクタンスの値は、前記信号伝搬および受信手段と各帯域通過フィルタとの値の間で所定のインピーダンス変換を与えるような値であることを特徴とする、請求項1、2または3に記載の無線モジュール。
- 分岐回路は、伝送線の長さを経由して前記端末に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の無線モジュール。
- 前記送信ブランチは、前記端末に結合された直列スイッチを有し、前記分岐回路は、前記端末から離れた前記伝送線の端部に結合された分路スイッチを有していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の無線モジュール。
- 前記端末にはデュプレクサが結合され、前記送信および分岐回路は、第1の帯域幅にある周波数を有する信号を通す前記デュプレクサのポートに結合され、第2の帯域幅にある周波数を有する信号を処理するさらなるブランチにはさらなるポートが結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の無線モジュール。
- 信号伝搬および受信手段と、
送信すべき信号を変調する手段と、
受信信号を復調する手段と、
前記信号伝搬および受信手段に結合された送信ブランチを含むマルチモード無線モジュールと、
を備えるマルチモード無線機であって、
前記変調手段は、前記送信ブランチの信号入力と、前記信号伝搬および受信手段に結合された分岐回路とに結合され、
前記分岐回路は、それぞれ第1および第2の周波数帯域における信号を受信する少なくとも第1および第2のブランチを含み、
前記第1および第2のブランチは、移相回路と、前記移相回路に結合された帯域通過フィルタと、前記帯域通過フィルタの出力に結合された低雑音増幅器とをそれぞれ有し、
前記フィルタの帯域幅は、前記第1および第2の周波数帯域の一方における所望の信号を通過させるが、前記第2および第1の周波数帯域の他方における不要な信号を拒否するように選択され、
各低雑音増幅器は前記復調手段に結合され、各移相回路はインピーダンス変換を行う、
マルチモード無線機。 - 各移相回路は直列容量および分路インダクタンスを有し、前記直列容量および分路インダクタンスの値は、前記信号伝搬および受信手段と各帯域通過フィルタとの値の間で所定のインピーダンス変換を与えるような値であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の無線機。
- 前記送信ブランチは、前記端末に結合された直列スイッチを有し、前記分岐回路は、4分の1波長伝送線の一端に結合された分路スイッチを有し、前記伝送線の他端は前記端末に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の無線機。
- 前記端末にはデュプレクサが結合され、前記送信および分岐回路は、第1の帯域幅にある周波数を有する信号を通す前記デュプレクサのポートに結合され、第2の帯域幅にある周波数を有する信号を処理するさらなるブランチにはさらなるポートが結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項8乃至10のいずれかに記載の無線機。
