Claims (10)
- ディスク形の記録担体に情報を記録する装置であって、
前記記録担体が、情報を記録するためのトラックを有し、
前記装置が、前記トラックを走査するためのヘッドと、前記ヘッドを介して前記トラックから情報を取り出すための読み取りユニットと、前記ヘッドを介して前記トラックに情報を記録するための書き込みユニットと、前記装置を読み取りモード又は書き込みモードに切り替えるためのモード制御ユニットと、前記記録担体の回転スピードをセットするための回転スピード制御ユニットと、を有する、装置であって、
前記回転スピード制御ユニットが、前記書き込みモードから前記読み取りモードへの切り替えの際、前記書き込みモード中の前記記録担体の実際の回転スピードに依存して、前記読み取りモード用の少なくとも2つのスピードセッティングのうち1つを選択するためのスピード選択器を有し、前記実際の回転スピードと前記読み取りモードにおけるスピードとの間の回転スピード差が、前記選択によって制限されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記スピード制御ユニットが、線速度一定プロファイルに従って、記録中の前記記録担体のスピードを制御するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記スピード制御ユニットが、角速度一定プロファイルに従って、読み取り中の前記記録担体のスピードを制御するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記スピード選択器は、前記書き込みモードにおける最低回転スピードより実質的に高い、前記読み取りモード用の回転スピードの最低スピードセッティングを含み、及び/又は前記書き込みモードにおける最高回転スピードより実質的に低い、読み取り用の回転スピードの最高スピードセッティングを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも複数のスピードセッティングが、少なくとも1つの予め規定された回転周波数間隔をもつ予め規定された回転周波数にある、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記スピード制御ユニットは、記録用の書き込み回転スピードレンジに対応するように構成され、前記レンジにおいて、最高スピードは、最低スピードの実質的に2.5倍であり、前記スピード選択器は、前記読み取りモード用の4つのスピードセッティングのうちの1つを選択するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、記録されるべき情報を記憶するための書き込みバッファを有し、前記モード制御ユニットは、前記書き込みバッファの充填の程度に依存して、前記モードを切り替えるように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、ビデオデータを受け取るとともに、記録されるべき情報として前記書き込みバッファを介して符号化されたビデオを供給するビデオ符号化ユニットを有する、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記モード制御ユニットは、前記書き込みモード及び前記読み取りモードを交互させることによって、前記書き込みバッファを介してリアルタイム情報の第1の連続するストリームを記録すると同時に、リアルタイム情報の第2のストリームを取り出すように構成される、請求項7に記載の装置。
- ディスク形の記録担体の回転のスピードを制御する方法であって、
前記記録担体が、情報を記録するためのトラックを有し、
前記方法が、ヘッドを介して前記トラックを走査するステップと、前記ヘッドを介して前記トラックから情報を取り出すステップと、前記ヘッドを介して前記トラックに情報を記録するステップと、前記装置を読み取りモード又は書き込みモードに切り替えるステップと、前記記録担体の前記回転スピードをセットするステップと、を含む方法であって、
前記方法が、前記書き込みモードから前記読み取りモードへの切り替えの際、前記書き込みモード中の前記記録担体の実際の回転スピードに依存して、前記読み取りモード用の少なくとも2つのスピードセッティングのうち1つを選択するステップを含み、前記実際の回転スピードと前記読み取りモードにおけるスピードとの間の回転スピード差が、前記選択によって制限されることを特徴とする方法。
