Claims (4)
- 潤滑油または液圧もしくはタッピング流体に油−水分配可能な抗微生物剤を添加し、それによって抗微生物化合物の有効量が金属加工流体の中へ分配させて、微生物活性を減少させることを特徴とする、潤滑油または液圧もしくはタッピング流体が金属加工流体を汚染する場合がある機械における油−水エマルジョン金属加工流体中の微生物増殖を防止する方法。
- i)機械が工作物を機械加工するツーリングを有する工作機械であり、ii)金属加工流体が切削流体であり、iii)潤滑油が滑り面潤滑油であり、iv)工作機械が貯槽または液溜めを有し、切削流体がそこに流出し、そして切削流体がそこからツーリング/工作物に配送され、そして更にv)抗微生物剤の有効量を切削流体に配送するための運搬手段として、切削流体溜めへの滑り面潤滑油の移動を用いる工程によって特徴づけられる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工作機械が潤滑油または液圧流体のための貯槽を有し、そして抗微生物剤が該貯層に添加されることを更に特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 抗微生物剤が組成物として潤滑油または液圧もしくはタッピング流体と一体化されていることを更に特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
